My favorite local goodwill. Stone was very helpful and personable today. Always able to find something unique here. Clothing options are reasonably priced as well! Some of my most complimented pieces have came from here.

Been here a few times but not going back.
Store is filthy. Shelves have things, mostly junk, strewn all over them. Theres no organization. Wanted to try on a shirt and was told they closed it at 4 daily and the store was still open. So put the shirt back. No price on a mirror and after it was given a very high price, I said I'd pass. Cashier was visibly upset.
Rumor has it that staff pucks thru & obscounds the good stuff. If it's true, they're running that store into the ground.

Stopped at the Goodwill in Morristown TN yesterday looking for throws bought 5 (2) at 2.99 each (1) for 1.99 and (2) at .99 however was charge 1.99 for one of the .99 priced ones. Cashier's need to pay more attention. Neither of the .99 ones were worth 1.99. Morristown Goodwill is way to expensive for used stuff. Jefferson City Goodwill used to be a good place to shop however it's starting to be expensive also.

Quality of items have went down. No one wants to buy an old burned out candle jar for $5. Most items on shelves are broken or extremely dirty.

I would make sure u know ur exact size bc they won't let you return or exchange it items bc there to small Iv recently put on some weight so Iv been trying to find the size I am I got 2 shirts brought them back the next day and there was nothing they can do so now I have 2 shirts that do not fit an I can't even get the correct size or my money back I'll be taken my biz to consignment shops from now on

During checking out we wondered why the total was so much. After my child handed the cashier the money she explained that the shoes were $15.00 by turning one over that had a 15 wrote on the bottom. No dollar sign or decimal with following zeros. My child said that they no longer want the shoes if they were that much. The cashier replied no returns. I asked what about the 3 day thing. She said only on electronics that no returns were allowed on everything else. I said we haven't even left with, you haven't even completed the transaction, can they at least get a store credit? She got the manager involved but through a fit behind the counter by kicking hangers, pacing back and forth, talking under her breath about it being ridiculous and taking to long. She complained about the manager walking back to the back to get the other manager by stating she could of paged her. Then it looked like she was going to page her herself but then slammed her fist down on the counter. She seemingly refused to finish the transaction and refund by expressing not wanting help us further. It was a childish show of emotion for sure.

Decided to swing by there today to do a little shopping. I had all 3 of my kiddos with me. My 4 year old decided to push the small children's cart around with her stuffed animal she wanted to purchase. While pushing it and going around a corner too fast she accidentally hit a small outdoor table. Though she didn't hurt the table at all, the worker walking by gave me a disgusting look.I corrected her my kid and we walked to the t shirts. 10 minutes later we go to check out and she decides to go over the intercom and say "make sure to control your kids with their shopping cart so they don't run into anything else". Apparently they like stating things behind closed doors and on a intercom instead of face to face. Just as others have posted. The lady that checked us out was not the one on the intercom and just gave us a I don't know look. Apparently all the workers need a reality check, and a mop.

I use to come by here often but not any more. For some reason the last several stops they had maybe 12 pairs of men's pants and some one got the bright idea to combine the women's and men's T-shirts together and sort by color. Plus the toy and household sections look like the place of discarded broken yard sale rejects. I will not bother to come back. They kids and women's sections seem to be large maybe they offer more than the men's section. At least the staff is friendly.
