They don’t know what they’re doing!!! Went in with fear of having Covid, they test me, come back 50min later saying it’s negative, leave, come back 15min later with paperwork saying that I have bronchitis due to Covid?” Few months later, my sister goes and is told she has a UTI while 4 months pregnant, doesn’t do any better after 6 days of being on medication, goes somewhere else & is told that she in fact doesn’t have a UTI? Months later goes by, we go today with my 3 yr old son due to upper congestion, runny nose, cough, & puffy/swollen eyes…. They tell us he has conjunctivitis aka pink eye but then doesn’t give him any medication for it? Eye drops? NOTHING! Tells us to go home and do over the counter and cool compresses on it & that it’ll go away soon Um WHAT?! A few days before that I went in with chest cramps, coughing up mucus, difficulty breathing, and very painful throat where I couldn’t talk or swallow…. But somehow my throat looked fine & I didn’t have nothing in my chest even though I felt it!? 🧐
Yall need a hospital? Go to Jefferson memorial!!

I can’t even begin to explain the incompetence at this facility. My child came in after having a mental crisis and had over twenty cuts on her arm that were self inflicted. Nobody cleaned her arm with antibacterial medication, no wrapping it to keep it clean, no antibiotics in case of infection, NOTHING!! Then yall have the audacity to send her home after she admitted that she needed help and she wanted to go to a facility? 10 hours in the hospital with “monitoring” and hardly anyone came in the room. A few questions later and you deem her safe to go home She admitted that she needed and wanted help!! I’m appalled at the lack of care and genuine compassion from this entire place. If she so much as gets an infection in her arm due to your lack of even tending to her wounds, my next move will be with an attorney. This place is pathetic!!

When you read reviews just remember that disgruntled people are twice as likely to leave a review as satisfied ones, unfortunately. My old Fella was there yesterday for shoulder replacement surgery. From the moment we walked in everyone was helpful and professional. The nurses were great, not only did they do their job, they were all so friendly. They did a great job of updating me while he was in surgery and took great care of him in post-op. My only issue was I think he should have had a little more time to come out of the anesthesia before he was discharged. He was still pretty loopy on the ride home, but maybe that was for the best, considering we live an hour away. Also, the facility was clean and as inviting as a hospital can be considering it's not a place anybody really WANTS to be.

I have heard lots of conficting stories about this place. I had never experienced it for myself until my husband fell off a roof and broke his leg. He was brought by ambulance, and it was about an hour before i could get back there. That was fine as I understood they were very busy and trying to help lots of people. The emergency room nurses, his orthopedic surgeon, and almost all the nurses and CNAs we had when he was admitted were out of this world Amazing. However, we did have one nurse on a Saturday, who, must have been going through something and forgot she was a nurse and was supposed to help people and be kind. Its not a power trip. He was a human that asked for basic medical help and because he was "in pain and annoying you from your phone" (Per her own words,), you just quit coming into our room and acted like it was the biggest annoyance you have ever had. This is the problem with this hospital i am finding out. Our hospital visit could have been a 5 star great experience if she had remembered to be kind and caring. That is your job to support and help scared and hurting patients. Not to treat them like they're trash! Needless to say I hope what ever was going on with you was fixed and you remembered to show Grace, kindness, and love to the next scared and hurting families.

If I could leave a 0 I would. I had a knee replacement in January this year. Of course the hospital wants payment up front, which I paid. It is now April and they are still holding over 4,000 dollars because they can not get the billing correct for insurance. So now I have all these other bills coming in, but my deductible and out of pocket should've been met. Covenant Health is dragging there feet.
If it were there money I bet they would put a rush on things. It does not take that long to put the CORRECT billing codes and modifiers to submit to insurance.
The billing supervisor needs to step in and help if the staff can not handle it when insurance is calling them.
FRUSTRATION at its limits.

I took my mom to the ER. She was complaining of chest pain. They made her sit out there for over an hour and took other patients back. I know for a fact that their protocol is chest pain and stroke like patience goes before any other patient and them by the time they took her back because I went up there and told them That I knew the protocol and something better be done. Then they took her back. They did x-ray they didn’t rush on the blood test to see if she was having a heart attack they do not care about their patient.

This hospital has some of the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered. A heavily tattooed blonde nurse violently ripped my IV out instead of removing it properly. She even had the audacity to say, ‘This part is going to hurt the worst’ before doing it, fully aware she was about to cause unnecessary pain. IV removal should never be handled with such reckless aggression. My arm was left throbbing, and even my family was shocked at how carelessly I was treated. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. If this is the standard of care here, I wouldn’t trust this place with anyone’s health. Patients deserve respect, not to be manhandled like an inconvenience. Avoid this hospital if you value proper medical care.

Surprised their scores are so low. Our mother has been in CCU for a couple days. The nurses and doctors have been very good. Could not have asked for better care. Nurses are attentive, knowledgeable, and empathetic; 5 Star for them! Doctors also informative.

Room 11 in CCU is cold; heat does not work properly. I’m sleeping in room and have 3 layers on. Night nurse Marlee has brought mom a couple ziplocks of heating material that has helped.

And entry / exit to the hospital is confusing. Closest and logical entry doors are often locked requiring some hiking which normally would not matter, but with snow and ice a little frustrating. Maybe for safety, but definitely not ergonomic.

Would be 5 star for this review if room temp (hvac) worked.
