I decided to treat myself to Crumbl Cookies for my birthday, placed an order online, and drove over 45 minutes to pick them up. I chose curbside pickup for convenience, but no one came out with my order after I checked in. After waiting several minutes, I called the store and was placed on hold for over five minutes. Eventually, I had to go inside, only to find out that most of the cookies I ordered weren’t even available. No one had bothered to notify me beforehand.

To make matters worse, the cookies I did manage to get were terrible. The oatmeal raisin cookies were overcooked and dry, and the pink sugar cookies were wet and underbaked around the edges. For the price Crumbl charges, I expected so much better.

The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. The lack of communication, long wait times, and poor quality made what was supposed to be a special birthday treat a total disaster. I won’t waste my time or money here again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Did a carry out order, and they were very accommodating cause they ran out of the one cookie I ordered and offered me a different variation, but then the timer had just gone off and we got a very fresh cookie!!! The girls working there today were so freaking sweet too!

My first Crumbl! I ordered the Biscoff cake, and it was incredibly decadent and moist. The flavor was reminiscent of Christmas, and it was absolutely delicious!

I tried Crumble for this first time today! Not only was the cookie absolutely amazing but Kelixa went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. She explained things about the cookies, sharing her personal experiences with me as I asked which flavor she preferred and just made my first time in a great one. She was kind, knowledgeable and gave me very quick and friendly service! I will definitely be back!

Visited Crumble in Morristown (my first visit to any Crumble location) and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness, the atmosphere and of course, the cookies! There were several people waiting on orders but the lobby cleared quickly.. The computerized ordering system was easy to use. I loved seeing the staff working together and all of the different kinds of cookies being made. I can’t wait to try more varieties, but not sure If any of them will top my current favorite- the chocolate cupcake cookie! Will definitely be visiting again soon!

Cookies were good. Customer service was awful. There was a lady with black hair at the register she was very brash and no smiles. That’s a good enough reason for me not to come back. It was not very busy so it’s not like they should’ve been in a rush. She should not be on the register.

Morristown TN Crumbl. I’ve ordered pretty frequently since the new opening. I love the cookies. After this last experience I don’t know if I’ll be back. I know this is a huge company and one customer won’t be a nudge, but I love the cookies but not enough to eat them off a public floor. After ordering my cookies one of the workers with gloves on delivers cookies out to a car touching the door handles both exiting and leaving and also coming back in. She never changed her gloves and resumed working. We received our cookies and sat in the parking lot to eat them while they were warm, gooey, and perfectly fresh. As we were sitting there the same girl starts cleaning a mess off the floor, and since we seen her touching the door handles we thought to watch to see if she would change her gloves or wash her hands after having her gloves all over the floor. We watch her throw away the mess then resume working touching the raw cookie dough and it was disgusting to watch. I’ve never seen the floors cleaned no matter what time of the day I’ve came in. I love the cookies but not enough to know how unsanitary the workers are. I told this story to a few coworkers and they also had other stories how they work the register with gloves on then touches the cookie dough without changing gloves. I hope something could be done, because I’ve been extremely obsessed with these cookies. But after scrolling through some other reviews i notices more and more people are also noticing. How they even take cash and never change their gloves. Cookies are amazing but not worth the price for employees that have no care for being the least bit of clean.

First and probably last time coming to Crumble Cookie in Morristown. If you are going to ask for Tips the least you could do is have a more welcoming environment for customers.

First walked in and there was no one up front greeting anyone that came in. There's no one at a register they have 'Self Checkout' tablets you have to use to order. I ended up just ordering on my phone in the lobby because the tablet was so finicky. There were multiple customers waiting on the order in awkward silence with no acknowledgement from staff.

I left a note in my order to combine my 3 singles into a bigger box to make it easier on the staff and myself for the car ride. I ended up waiting over 15mins and when I finally did get my order they completely ignored my note. So I did end up having a 3 single boxes with my 6 pack.

Overall not a friendly or inviting environment to be in. The cookies were okay but $40 for 8 items was alittle steep.
