Had a great experience there. I had a hard time adjusting but Maddy, Gary, Ashley,genie , Aaron etc. Really helped me through everything. They even have an attorney destiny who can help alot to. 3 meals a day, they will pick you up, they have snack's, & more! Yes you can smoke in various breaks throughout the day. I wish I could've stayed longer than 3 days.

I would never call this place for help. I did years ago and a lady(I won’t give her name because she asked me not to) actually told me to go to a local smoke shop and get some sort of drug there for help. She then called the police and I was forced to go to a hospital and I’m still paying the bill even though because of my health issues, I am unemployed. Don’t call this place for help. You won’t get any. I called a crisis help line, and instead of help, she lied, got off the phone saying she was checking on my insurance, but instead called the police!! That’s helping a mentally unstable person?

If I could leave this place zero stars I would; it’s my first time trying to make an appointment here and I read the reviews and was like okay I’m gonna try to make an appointment. Disappointment is not even the word I would use right now for this center. It isn’t that hard to answer your phones and to schedule someone an appointment. This is ridiculous. I called and was put on hold for about 10-20 mins and all I got was hung up on.

I’ve been going here on and off for years. I had an appointment card with the date on it. When I showed up for my appointment I was told they had dropped me for being a no call no show to two appointments I never even knew I had. When I told them they were wrong and I had the appointment card they refused to listen and blamed it on me instead. I was left without any help during one of the worst times of my life because they messed up their own files. Most of the people here don’t feel like they care, they don’t treat you kindly. Josh was the only person I felt truly comfortable with there and unfortunately he couldn’t keep me as a client with his promotion. You’re one of the only facilities in this area that a lot of people have access to. Do better for your clients.

I've called over & over trying to get in touch with someone to make an appointment & every single time that Ive called no matter what option on the automated service that you chose you sit on hold for 10 to 20+ minutes & then it hangs up on you.... This is ridiculous. I've tried several times last week & several times today to no avail. I guess the front desk at this place the people working there has the easiest job in the world.. your sure af. It having to schedule anyone'

Unhelpful unfriendly staff that treat you like cattel. Was on hold for 45 minutes to call in a refill just to be told i would have to miss school to go in person for my refills even tho i have been prescribe vital mental health meds there for a decade or more. It wouldn't have been so bad if the nurse hadn't given me the attitude she did. You can't be polite enough to be treated like a human here, if i could give a zero i would. Do yourself a favor and find a different mental health provider.

Scheduling is a nightmare here. I scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance from the mobile crisis unit at 12pm. They didn't tell me that they all go to lunch at exactly 12pm for an hour.
Now, I've called twice from 8am and 9:20 because I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone to confirm my therapy appointment that was supposed to be over the phone at 9:30. It's about to be 9:50 and no one has gotten back to me. This is pretty bad for people who are desperate for mental help.
Edit: Called 5 times and left 4 voicemails. 3 with the front desk, 1 with a supervisor. The only people that are picking up the phone is the scheduling call center.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER ME?!

This center is amazing! They have been such a blessing to my brother. He calls every day talking about what a positive difference they make in his life. I simply cannot thank them enough for allowing me to have my brother back to himself.
