I'm giving my prenotion review. I have a soft spot for this type of place as I have a background in caregiving myself. I am working with a temp staffing service. They offer shifts for their cafeteria I'm assuming. Line cook and dishwashers. The wages are pretty low and the drive is an hour and 40 minutes away so I wasn't going to take any shifts there. Now that I know it's senior rehabilitation I've decided to pick one up. Who knows maybe they'll offer me a full time job and pay me the full income amount and cut our the temp service lol... I'll update with a better review after being there. I figured if anything my review may help. I've got over 200k views on mh reviews.

My Aunt is currently in Mt. Pleasant Health and Rehabilitation! She thought it would be short term, but quickly decided she wanted to stay there until the Lord calls her home. All the staff and Kimberly Sublett have been great to answer questions and help anyway they can!

Everyone is so respectful and sweet to my mother especially a caregiver named Michelle, Kevin her nurse and Kimberly S. Also all the other nurses and caregivers. I think she has adopted them all. So thank you to everyone for taking such good care of her while we can't be there with her! ❤️

I had to do some work at this location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, particularly Faith Jones was working extremely hard and had a great attitude throughout my time there and is a great asset to the facility. Great place that is always striving to improve and provide the best experience to all involved!

MINUS Stars PLEASE Keep Your Loved Ones Away From This place They Left My Mother with 2 broken hips laying in Colitis Infection Screaming for HELP from 9 am till almost 5 pm And I had to Complain to get her changed then. There is a few good staff but most are lazy and you can not get them off there phones to do anything and they will make up lies to get away with not doing nothing. And the Administrator is A Horrible Hateful woman Who ran me off for COMPLAINING.

This facility helped my family when no one else would. They accepted my mama with open arms and have taken great care of her. The staff have been wonderful. And of course with any facility there are some staff members that you have a special bond with and the same here. My mom and dad both have nothing but good things to say about John. He has really gone above and beyond to make my mom feel comfortable. To all the nurses that come in and see to her that make her laugh and feel special, Thank you Mt Pleasant Health and Rehab for taking care of my family.

My mom was recently a resident here at Mt. Pleasant Health. During her stay, the care team exceeded my expectations to make mom feel at home. Mom quickly connected with the team. The entire staff from care givers to the leadership team supported not only to mom’s needs but also supported me. The physician team made themselves available and provided a clear care plan for mom. Overall a very positive experience.

My sister has been a resident at Mt Pleasant Health and Rehab for several years. She loves it there. She calls it her home and the staff her family. Anytime I have a question or concern about her health or care, they are always available to listen and address this issue promptly. The staff are always friendly and helpful! My sister is safe and happy there and that makes me happy.
