I am deeply grateful to Tapestry Assisted Living in Springboro Ohio for their compassionate care and dedication. From the time we first arrived and were met by Frannita Porter, who went out of her way to help and welcome my son, to the present, we have found Tapestry to be a place that works hard to individualize resident’s care. Everyone, from the receptionist, Lori, to the individual food service people, gave him special attention and help.

My son is not a typical resident. He is younger and has unique needs, and they have gone above and beyond to support him as best as they can. The nurses and nurses’ aides are sympathetic and caring, and the Clinical Services team has been wonderfully accommodating. They truly work hard to meet his medical requirements, and even small touches—like the on-site salon for haircuts and shaves—make a difference.

The clinical director Angela’s forward-thinking approach made it possible for my son to start using a cutting-edge insulin pump, even arranging special training for the staff to ensure its success. It is extremely challenging to be disabled at such a young age, and I want to acknowledge the entire team for your efforts to help my son in navigating these challenges. We truly appreciate your kindness, flexibility, and commitment.

Tapestry has truly been a Godsend for our family. It is such a difficult decision when it’s time for your loved one to leave the home they have known for 45 years because they are not safe anymore. The transition to Tapestry was far easier than I could have imagined and our Mom LOVES it. The nurses, aides, housekeepers all keep us informed and they know our Mom better than we do at this point. I can sleep at night knowing she is safe and cared for. From the chefs that prepare delicious meals to the servers who give that extra attention to the activities directors that always have fun planned to the front desk receptionist who knows everything ….it’s easy to get whatever need fulfilled that mom has. And she has made many new friends! We are grateful to the loving staff members at Tapestry who go above and beyond to care for Mom and every resident. This is a rare and wonderful place ❤️

Tapestry provided a safe and caring environment for our mom. The entire staff from housekeeping to administration and everyone in between cares about the residents wellbeing and work hard to ensure it. I can’t recommend them enough.

My mother has lived at Tapestry since December of 2020. I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about the staff, residents and the facility. My mother is 85 years old and we were worried about how she would adapt but she is happier and healthier than she’s been in a very long time! She is so very active and loves all of her new friends at Tapestry. The care they provide to her is amazing and helps me to be relieved in not worrying about her safety! We love Tapestry!!!

After looking for a Assisted living facility for my father in the Dayton Ohio area for over a year , I finally found the PLACE! Tapestry Senior Living in Springboro Ohio. Overall I looked at somewhere in the range of 15 facilities until I got a recommendation from a nurse who had visited the facility.

The nurse said that she's been to many facilities but she's never seen one like Tapestry. So I followed up on her recommendation and I took my wife with me. We had two additional locations to visit after we left the Tapestry. My wife and I met with Shannon who gave us a tour of the facility which included introduction to her team.

After our meeting with Shannon and her team my wife and I look at each other in the parking lot and ask ourselves why are we wasting our time going to other locations, I think this is it, and she was absolutely correct!!!

My father has been at this location since the early part of August and I continue to be impressed with not only the facility put all the people who work there from the receptionist, the nurse, the aids, and maintenance people. Everyone seem to be on the same page when it comes to customer service.

I would strongly recommend this facility to anyone who do not want the worries and concerns about their love ones after dropping them off at The Tapestry, a true customer focused team.
Also, the food is good!!

We are at this places mercy and they have NONE. After telling us that our grandmother could live here until the end of her life they are forcing us to relocate her. We have endured so many mistakes with her care and medication. I will update this review as this horrible situation develops.

“My mom had an Independent Living apartment for a few years, until it became necessary to move her into an assisted living facility closer to my home. As soon as I visited Tapestry in Springboro I felt this was the place for her. It was light and airy, very clean and people were milling around or sitting in the lobby chatting. Every resident I spoke to loved living at Tapestry. Once my Mom got settled into her spacious, lovely apartment, I became even more convinced this was the right move. Everyone at Tapestry is so welcoming and friendly! I really love that Mom is surrounded by people who care about her and that she's in an environment that is comfortable and safe. I know she is being well taken care and I don’t have to worry. When I call with any special requests, everyone is helpful. Mom really loves having the company of the other residents. She especially enjoys the entertainment and getting her hair and nails done weekly at the on-site salon. What an amazing facility and marvelous Staff!!” Karen Arnold

After my grandpa passed, my grandma was lost. We had no choice but to move her to an assisted living facility. I never thought we'd find a place that I'd want to visit her, but now she's at Springboro. It’s a great community and she LOVES it!
