Bar none one of the most engaging classes despite the class size. Vanessa has a good command of the class and allows others to participate in conversation.

Her courses should be available to union members as well. We can all benefit from communicating better. This task should not be left to mgmt alone.

If Vanessa has any other course I strongly recommend the company look into them. I see them as beneficial to all

Today I had the opportunity to take this course for my employer. Dr Nathalie and Dr Richard engaged the participants very well and taught us things about public speaking and methods of improvement that we didn’t know we needed. At moments giving certain speech’s about out different emotions. Over all great course, highly recommend.
