PWC came in and replaced my water damaged bathroom floor, replaced my cracked leaking toilet and did a cut out tub so I will be able to use it. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done! I highly recommend them. before picture has black tape on floor

After calling McAfee on two separate occasions in as many days to diagnose a problem concerning no heat, On Jan 13, 2025, PWC came into my cold home and cleaned a pipe connection (that by the way McAfee said they had done 2 days prior with a charge of $197!) PWC was an absolute God-send! After two visits, $129(wrong diagnosis) and $197(a supposed fix) neither corrected the problem, I definitely would not recommend McAfee because after two maintenance calls the furnace was still generating cool air, not heat. PWC sent a technician out who vowed to stay until the system generated heat and he did. Jeremy was a very likable, knowledgeable & interactive technician, he explained what was wrong and what it took to fix the problem. I would 100% recommend him! Thank you PWC for being caring people with workers that knew how to find & fix my problem also thanks to Curtis, Wayne and especially Jeremy for your professional caring ways.
God bless you all

A year ago my central ac went out and Pwc sent a worker who wasn’t able to fix it. I had window units until recently when Jordan from Pwc came out. Not only did Jordan fix my central ac it works better than it previously did. He did a great job, was very friendly and knowledgeable!

My 1 star is for the office staff. This organization does good but the office staff needs training on customer service. The office staff tells you nothing about the organization or what they do. They don’t follow up and to get things done you have to show up and pull answers out of them.

I applied before the winter months. October. Desperately needed repairs. As my furnace went out, my floor is caving in due to the front door leaking terribly bad during periods of rain/snow. One of the kids busted a window which is being blocked off with an air conditioning unit. I was faced with a brain surgery and looked forward to getting the help. 5 months later the harsh cold has finally let up and I still haven't heard a soul call or knock on my door. It's very disheartening. Myself and others who are struggling to maintain super high utilities due to disrepaired concerns. I agree. This is free and that's wonderful. However people don't have months to wait when water, heat and electric are necessary. I too have called multiple times with no response but "your on the waiting list". Well I can tell you I'd probably be on my way of real home ownership before I ever get the call to finally repair my front door.. I went ahead and called a furnace guy too. Waiting on PWC to make the necessary repairs is just a waste of time. You'd better bundle up and be prepared to stick it out if you really have to depend on them.

The people that come out to your home and Help you are wonderful but the Lady, that answers the phone is terrible She is very rude. Every time I have called she has been rude to me. I have other friends that say the same thing and they will not call for help because of that. It's a shame people won't call Because the person on the phone you're talking to is rude. I think you need to get a new person to answer your phone. Other than that your people are great
