My mom was here for 4 days and in that time she sis not recieve her meds and developed a blood clot in her lungs. Being understaffed is no excuse for her bot to get her meds. It was very difficult to get anyone in the room to ask any questions. My mom rolled over in the bed and rolled off into the floor. Don't have any idea how long she was there but she was able to call my daughter to let her know she was in the floor and get help. Nobody knew what was going on. This place is a disgrace.

I will forever regret placing my Dad in this facility. It is understaffed. They paint a pretty picture before you move your loved one in, but nothing is like they say it will be. He went downhill so fast.

Loving caring staff who improved the quality of life for my grandfather. Made it easier on my family to spend quality time with him in his final days on earth. It gave us peace knowing he was being taking care of and his needs were being met. To this day when we see one of the staff members out in town our hearts smile. It's like that saying, people will forget what you said and did, but they will never forget the way you made them feel. Thank you again.

My mother was admitted for a respite visit and over the course of 5 days developed a bedsore due to negligence on behalf of the staff. She arrived home soaked in urine and a wet tshirt. She has never had a bedsore while residing at home where she is well taken care of. They dropped the ball big time and I'm currently seeking justice for the neglect and mistreatment of my mother.

If you care about your loved ones don't bring them here. If I could give no stars to this facility it would be zero stars they neglected my father so bad that he died and I wouldn't doubt that any star higher than one is a bunch of fake review and don't bother responding what you say is a bunch of malarkey I don't want to hear how sorry you are sorry doesn't fix the neglect your facility did to my father. Further more so this doesn't happen to another loving family member of someone else I'm calling for an investigation be done a theroux one asap on how they are really treating the precious innocent and helpless people who can't speak for themselves and don't deserve the abuse and neglect some of these people served our country and this is the thanks they get. Pathetic to be treated this way

My mother was moved here for hospice care. Everyone we worked with for her care was very understanding and helpful, even when we made worried calls late at night. I recommend this place.

This is not a place you want to bring your loved one. 80% of the staff is rude and behind closed doors hateful and rude. Anytime a resident ask for something or needs changed or has a call light on they have to wait long periods of time. The nursing staff say "ill be right back " or "just a minute" and the residents sometimes wait over 45 minutes. The residents just flat out get ignored ALLOT! By the time residents get their food its cold. Esp. The residents that need assistance eating. (Can you imagine eating ice cold eggs and sausage and hard as ROCK biscuits every day! ) if you are interested in working here RUN THE OTHER WAY! The CNA class is a joke! If i hadnt had prior training i would of been lost on the hall. The pay is the lowest offered and the ins. Is expensive and terrible. Its allot of drama and clicks and im telling you they are hateful to new people. If you get injured on the hall expect to loose your job (unless you have a mother thats a nurse or are really good friends with the big boss). If your pregnant and injured well get a lawyer because they discriminate and retaliate. Please please really look into this place first. You will see allot of fake smiles and allot of fake effort. Thank god for reviews bc people can easily be deceived.

Amazing facility with hardworking and dedicated employees! Very clean!! The staff at Cherokee County Health & Rehab work extremely hard to ensure patient care needs are met. Thankful for this facility!
