Kroger Marketplace is a convenient option for grocery shopping, and I always appreciate the excellent customer service. The employees are friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile.

The store itself is always clean and well-maintained, which is a big plus. I also find that the quality of the produce and other fresh foods is consistently high.

However, I've noticed that prices at Kroger can sometimes be higher than at other grocery stores in the area.

Overall:

Despite the higher prices, I still shop at Kroger Marketplace due to the excellent customer service and the high quality of the products.

Have had numerous issues with Pickup service at this location. They canceled my order today while I was sitting in the parking lot, 20 minutes before scheduled pickup. I live 20 minutes away… Half the time their texts about missing items or late orders do NOT come through. They also have constant product availability issues, but if you go inside there are ALWAYS plenty of the items in question. Kroger has been my go-to for many social reasons, but I’m going to start going out of my way to use the new Plain City location, I’ve never had any issues there and there is more availability. I’d even be willing to pay a fee for pickup if they’d just do better.

Done with this store. Numerous orders have been delayed for hours or moved to the next day with little warning. Moldy vegetables and fruit, expired products and missing items. Im absolutely fed up. All my coworkers have switched to Walmart and prefer them. Guess that's the move now.

I have been in the US for quite some time in the south but when I got introduced to kroger it has been the only place when we shop often everything here is good from fresh veggies locally grown. The seafood section and the meat is fresh too and most off all the employees who work there to make sure the customer what they get makes this place even more great. Highly recommended 😊

Great store !!! Huge selection of everything. Great variety of Beers & Liquors. They have a great variety of bourbon, whiskey, whisky, scotch, and more !!! They get special bottles on a regular basis causing long lines at the checkout.

I am sick of this location rescheduling my order and not even telling me. This is not the first time but will be the last. I will not shop at Kroger again. This location sucks and im sure the rest are the same. I want to know who will reimburse me for my gas coming here for birthing. You definitely list a customer.

I placed a pickup order Friday to pick up Sunday at 12 and I get a text at 10:30 am sunday morning that my order will not be ready until after 4. I placed my order 2 DAYS in advance, it should not be late. Hire more people or stop offering pickup if you can't keep to it!!

I don't really like Kroger, so this isn't about the company, but THIS KROGER is the best. Management actually keeps everything stocked, doesn't do stupid stuff like leave everything out. They utilize the self scanners in an efficient way by having cashiers help people who are slow to move the line.

I know it sounds kinda weird to review a Kroger, but this one due to the staff is great.
