Purchased my 2024 Maverick new at Chapman Ford and had an excellent experience. Jody made it a win-win deal during a time when other dealerships were marking up over MSRP. Just had my first oil change service appointment, which was also an excellent experience. Service team went above and beyond and got me taken care of promptly and efficiently. My husband and I worked with Nick this past weekend. We live in Athens and made the drive after finding the truck on Auto Trader, a quick chat with Nick on a couple items and told him we were in the way. When we arrived he had the truck up front and ready for us to test drive. He was great to work with, made the process seamless and the whole team was extra accommodating of the toddlers we had tagging along. Bob Chapman ford has always done right by me. I trust them to take care of my vehicles. Chris has been a pleasure to work with when purchasing two different ford edges. I’m disappointed that Ford discontinued the edge! But when I have had issues with a faulty oil pan or when we found that the Bellefontaine Ford dealership messed up my car, Chapman fixed it and covered the cost. They are understanding and quick!

The sales team was amazing. The wonder twins (Jason and Jason) helped us purchase three cars for my family, one being my daughters first car on her own. They are respectful and understanding with any problem you might have. We've been buying cars from Chapman for over fifteen years and have never been dissatisfied. I recommend them highly if you want a place that makes you feel like family. They don't push on any sales, and Jason will do everything to stay as close as possible to your budget.
