My wife and I lived there for 2 months before having to move back because her mom fell ill to leukemia and was unable to live by herself. We were charged $5,200 for leaving after two months of being there. They claimed the carpet was damaged, blinds was damaged, etc which they was not but we was charged anyway.

I haven't lived in here in over a year, but I thought that they were very fair on everything. Decent pricing. Nice little sized apartment. Didn't charge me anything because I thoroughly cleaned it on the way out. No bad smells, no loud neighbors. Staff was very helpful when I was moving in from out of state. Pool was well maintained in the Summer. I didn't have any calls to maintenance the whole time I lived here. I'm now in a bigger and better place, but I felt they were very fair with everything.

I lived at this apartment complex for 15 months. I had a pet and paid the pet deposit and paid the pet rent every month. When I moved in I filled out a damages form and I marked that the carpet was old and stained when I moved in. Honestly could have been replaced before I moved in. I moved out mid January because I had purchased a home and never got anything else from the apartment complex. When I arrived home from vacation this past week I had a letter from a debt collector saying I owed $500 to Watkins Glen apartments. I never received anything prior to this from Watkins Glen. I contacted the apartment complex and she told me that the charges were for damage to the carpet because I had a pet. This is outrageous considering the carpet needed replaced when I moved in, I had a large area rug in the living room and they are in the process of remodeling the apartments anyways. Only reason I am being charged is because I had a pet and they think that they can get some more money out of me. Sent and email to someone else about it and haven’t heard anything back. Currently in the process of disputing this outrageous charge. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone stay away.

Really love staying at this place. Good place to stay in Marysville.
Staff is friendly and explain each and every details and technician responds very quickly for any issues in apartment.

Stayed there for 3 yrs, moved to month on month paying 150% of rent for last two months as we are planning to relocate and informed same to office.

After vacating, due to Auto pay setup we paid extra month in rent and Our apartment is maintained so clean that they cannot add any fine.

When asked for refund they simply came up with a fine of one month rent as a notice period which no one in office mentioned when we informed office about same. We asked office for policy of moveout in email and never heard anything from them about the fine during our stay.

When asked for contact details to escalate the matter they simply ignored my emails.

This is very Unethical way of doing business.

I have lived here for almost a year. My boyfriend and I first started out in a one bedroom apartment. When we moved in, we had issues with our dryer not working properly, it took 2 or 3 times just for a load to be dry. I can say, they did very good about helping us to move into a 2 bedroom in the middle of the lease. However, the dryer once again did not work. I called and told them but nobody ever came out. Finally called again and got maintenance to come out a week later. All they did was vacuum out the vent. My dryer still did not work so I went into the office and told them and she basically laughed in my face since it should be working. She told maintenance and said they would schedule to have a 3rd party come out to get on the roof and clean out my dryer vent. That took over a month! I had no working dryer (that actually dryed clothes) for the first 2-3 months of moving in.
There is a nice crack between my bathtub and the walls. Things started to come fall out so I took water and splashed it around the cracks. A bunch of mold and other junk came pouring out! I'm going to call the office and have someone come out but I doubt they will.
It also seems, that every time I go into the office or call them, they always have something negative to say to me.
I pay almost a grand a month for a 2 bedroom and get poor service. I recommend looking into other complexes instead of blowing your entire paycheck on this one.

Vanessa has been great! She went above and beyond to help us with paperwork and move in for our long distance move. Although we have been here a short while we love our apartment and have zero complaints 🙂. Anytime I have a questions, the response time is phenomenal.5 stars! 🤩

Living here was an OK experience. No worse than most other apartments I've dealt with. However, upon providing notice, properly vacating, and returning everything to the property that was required, we received a collection letter TWO MONTHS LATER for the amount of a full month's rent. No correspondence via phone, no letter of notice, or bill before this. This is predatory and malicious at best. I've already contacted the property but felt this needs to be known by prospective residents. Marysville already has far too high of rental prices but then this kind of business practice on top of it is beyond absurd.
