Me and my ex split a couple months before our lease was up he we got me signed off of it as I was moving and when he got evicted and they charged him over 6,000 for damages and clean up fees they charged me too and it got put on my credit. I never knew for a couple years later. My credit got screwed and I don’t even know if I have an eviction on my name now. This debt collector they gave it too never contacted me. This place is full of thieves and will steal money from you left and right. No one was never there to talk to about anything. No one should ever go there. They ruin your life. They raise rent every year your there so you can’t get ahead. We had a brown recluse nest in a hole that led from my kids room to outside and it took them TWO WEEKS to come and “deal” with it. There were spiders everywhere. I even have videos. Never ever rent from here. You will regret it.

If something went wrong with the apartment, they never fixed it. They were never at the office. The cops are always back there. They tried to raise our rent by $200. And to top it all off, they tried to charge us a disconnect fee when we moved out. Stay away from this place!

This apartment complex is a Tax Credit Community, means they have income restrictions for the household.
The area looks pretty good and beautiful, pricing listed on website is reasonable but you can lease only if your combines household income is less than 40k$ (as today July 2017).
Check their sister community "Watkins Glen Apartments" across Lowes.

Owned by a slumlord never fixed anything and refused to give us our deposit back even though the place was left better then we got it keep your family away from these money hungry grubs.

They never answer the phones. Literally called for a whole 2 hours and they never answered just kept forwarding the call short. The lady is so rude. This place is crawling with bed bugs and they never do anything about it. Stay away from this place.
