We recently took out a car loan with your establishment. We received our temporary car title. The title was in an envelope that came from pathways. When I opened it up, I discovered that our name was incorrect on the title. We spoke to you about this and because you spelled our name wrong, we were on the hook for $15 for a new one. This was not our fault because we know how to spell our own name. I believe this to me is the cost of doing business and your company should have had to pay the $15 since we were not the ones responsible for the error. I have no future plans to do any further business with your company.

The local branch in Marysville if okay, but Pathways as a whole is consistently disappointing me. From on going issues using my card with cash app that they can’t explain, to going to buy furniture have having my card decline for no reason. It is extremely embarrassing to be at a furniture store and have your card decline, and spend 40 minutes on the phone with a rep that can’t figure out why. Unfortunately we have started changing our accounts over to another financial institution, as Pathways seems to have no desire to better serve their customers.

Stopped at the Marysville branch to acquire information. Talked with Blythe, who was very efficient and informed, and through her I was able to open an account. Look forward to establishing a good relationship with this financial institution.
