Disappointed in this program? Needed help with my water bill! Called Friday & was told somone would call back!
I had no idea. I was supposed to wait by the phone. Ended up missing the call was told to come back on monday?
Today is Monday and it's a holiday of course. Nobody is answering so my water will now be shut off. Thanks for nothing

VERY RUDE. I called for someone to get information from a recommendation and the man (subjective) asking me why the other person did not call 😳 excuse me that is not your business just answer the question. After I said that he got his panties in a bunch and than don't say anything. People are going through hard times and the last thing they need is for a organization that is built to help, not do what the government is paying them to do. Diversity training is seriously needed, if you are going to work with the public

Great organization helping those in need! I am disabled living on a fixed income and fell behind on my electric bill due to unforseen circumstances. Called numerous other agencies and had no luck getting assistance. Left a message at J.O.I.N and Ms. Lisa returned my call promptly. They where able to help me with the portion of my electric bill that I couldn't pay!!! Much thanks for your assistance, it is appreciated more then you could ever know! Thanks again Ms. Lisa for all your effort, kind words and professionalism in handling my case.

I have been here years and years ago these lovely humans are beautiful and they care about people and want to make a difference if you help yourself they love that everyone just needs a push it helping hand at times but key you have to help yourself or try to help yourself and others will be more prone and want to help you as well. I love Join if I was rich I cut everyone a huge there ❤️
