Cindy Paige is a kind, compassionate, expert on senior care. I was connected with her through one of my friends who also works in senior care and I could not have been happier with her quick and effective help. Within one day of meeting with her, we were connected with the memory care facility that is now my mom’s home. She met us to tour through a few facilities and she patiently guided us through the process. Her knowledge was so helpful and she managed our expectations— in fact, she warned my stepfather and I that our chosen place could take up to six months. Luckily, she was able to help us get in much quicker. Within a month, mom was moved in and is thriving. We didn’t think it was possible for someone else to take care of mom better than we could, but Cindy explained that these people are experts and can engage with her much better than we can. And she was SO right. Also, I can’t speak highly enough of her integrity — she is ONLY motivated to get your loved one into the best place for their needs. She is a kind and generous soul and was the perfect person to help in our time of need. Thank you, Cindy!

Cindy at Senior Advisors in Central Ohio gave us more helpful information about how to manage a family member's stroke in our first 30-minute phone call with her than I could have researched in weeks (and research is my day job). I see now why the docs and case workers at the hospital sing her praises so highly! She lays out lots of options without pushing any single one, and she is quick to respond to follow-up questions. She also thought of support avenues I would have never known existed. If your loved one has recently had a stroke or other major illness or injury, I recommend asking for help for professionals like Cindy. She's like the case worker who leaves the hospital with you.

[Later edited to add: We also met with Cindy in person when we were back in town. Our situation is particularly complicated and legally challenging, and Cindy has helped me personally navigate this chaos without losing perspective. She has both professional and personal experience that makes her empathetic AND smart, and she has helped me stay on track. A lot of people have been wonderful to us as we navigate this crazy situation—including all the people she's referred us to—but it's Cindy I trust the most. She restores my faith in humanity and society. I know this sounds over-the-top, but I mean every single word.)
