I saw people get what they needed and when I worked for them, they were pleasantly nice and didn't get upset with me for singing or anything else. My singing brought in a lot of happy customers to donate, allowing more needy people to get food, water, etc. They are very understanding about medical limitations and were able to accommodate with a chair. During the coldest days, they gave me something nice to use for my hands to stay warm. They even were able to help me get some warm shoes and a warm sweater. This company is as it says it is, it's a very good company.

This place is to service the public. There is a very unprofessional female that takes calls. incoming she pretends to be an automated answering robot. Says her lines when she answers then hangs up the phone straight away when she's done. You don't need insensitive, dismissive, rude unconcerned people in a place like this greeting the public AT ALL. She needs to do some data entry or process donations or whatever can keep her busy but our of the way of people calling in to get information. She is a disgrace to the organization and whom ever put her there should secret shop on her. I say stay home, your gnot here for the people whom the organization serves. It's unacceptable.

Just called to ask for hotel voucher as they claim to provide them. I was told to call today but of course I was told they don't have any funds. This is the sorriest place and people should think twice about donating. I donate all the time and can never get any help if I need it. I have 5 kids and am paying 150 a night for hotel. This is a sad and sorry place.
