I've never seen with a company like this! The answering service acts as if they have the RIGHT to be rude,loud and hood.Mrs.Park doesn't return phone calls, or emails. Most of the amazing staff ran or was disregarding. In January 2024 I requested my family's medical records and I was told it would take up to 30 day's which was fine. However it's March and still no word! Which there not allowed to do,from what my insurance company said! Sad when the real vision of the company has fallen by the way side! Help the client's as quick as you bill for half the service!!! I also have all the phone logs and email's.

Went in for therapy as was having struggles in life and could see the downfall coming so needed therapy. Filled out forms and set up payment. Finally got in session, secretary decides she is going to interrupt session to as not needed questions things that had already been put in place before session started she just wanted to screw with things and session. That session ended half way through and I left completely upset even more so than when entered needing therapy and disrespected. Mental health got worse so had an emergency session the following day because only place that could get me in. Paid in cash to make sure everything was good. Counsler talks to me and got me ok through session. As we leave a very angry woman comes out demanding more money and starts saying that anybody in her office can interrupt a session whenever they want and just lecturing me to n middle of building. Completely made all progress made in session wrong because everything counselor said this woman essentially said was a lie so threw trust in counselors out. This exculpated so far that owner had to intervene and separate me who was there for help from her angry worker. I left in such a state that three years of sobriety went away as I went back to self medication. And to top it off to be treated like crap, set me back three years in sobriety, and have a complete mental break that I spent 72 hours in hospital for they charged me $641. This place from secretary to counseled, to management, to owner are completely ripping people off and causing problems. Do not go there for help you will get worse and they will take you for all you have while destroying you.

I've been with BF Empowerment Center for Almost 5 years now I've been seeing Tabitha she is such a great councilor she listens to everything you have to say no matter what time it is I do counceling with her over telehealth because that's better for my schedules she is always on time and if she's late she will apologize right away And normally explain why she's very positive and helpful more recently she has been trying to help me gain confidence for job interviews and I find that really helpful especially with my anxiety and nerves.

My therapist Shannon has been honestly the only therapist that I have connected with. I have never stuck it out with a counselor before her. She has helped me through quite a bit. She is so kind and just a good energy to be around. I highly recommend seeing her.

My bf and I came to this place broken and ready to separate but we are learning skills and tools from Shannon that will last us a lifetime! She is personable, relatable and kind!!! We absolutely adore her and are so grateful for all she has done and is doing for us as a couple. I highly recommend BF Empowerment!

Love the hospitality. And the confidentiality, you can actually have a friendship with your counselor/therapist/psychiatrist if you feel the service is that well.
They'll set you up with who you need and what you need. All At the proper expense especially without breaking your pockets.

Disclaimer: I did not actually speak directly with the therapists at this practice but my intake phone call was so strange and "sketchy" that I feel I need to warn others about how they run as a business!

The woman that called me back to schedule was very rude and had very little information on the therapist she was attempting to schedule me with. She did state that she was new to the practice and starting soon. However, she did not seem to know much about her. I was asking for her name/info so I could do a search of my own to get a better idea on her background, since selecting a therapist is a big decision. She was almost argumentative and kept repeating, "She does not have a bio on Psychology Today but we are going to make her one." I explained that I would simply like the providers name to do a google search to see if she had a bio elsewhere. She told me again, "Therapists don't automatically have bios on Psychology Today." I explained that I understood that but would like to perform an internet search in attempts to find any background info before committing to an appointment. It took literally minutes of what felt like arguing to get a name (partially sounded like she had to locate her information). It was very unsettling that they were attempting to set me up with a provider that the office seemingly knew nothing about. I think it's important that patients have information on the provider to help decide if it could be a good fit. When I expressed my concerns, the woman was rude and snarky and essentially just told me "have a good day" in a sarcastic tone. Would not recommend interacting with her.
