Don't ask these greedy shady bunch of crooks for help. Their only concern is making sure your landlord WHO THEY HAVE A SEPERATE CONTRACT WITH, gets that guaranteed government rent money. No real concern for the client. I have not had heat ALL WINTER and that's just the tip of the iceberg. Im certainly no Christian but my key takeaway from the Bible is that we should all be more like Jesus as he's described. Soon the truth will set us all free. Well, maybe the opposite for some of us. We need real people that really care in places of real power and influence, that will make real differences, and bring about real change. Canapi and their partners are anything but that, seemingly funneling money into each other keeping it circulating between themselves and using government money, taking advantage of homeless, mentally ill, physically disabled people to boldly line their own selfish pockets making killing doing it while I bet not one person has a genuine success story. Its their goal to KEEP you homeless, to keep you dependent on organizations like them, and to see to it you don't succeed. That's their job security.
It seems to good to be true because it is. They don't care about you they just need the numbers to keep cashing in the grants and your wellbeing and success is the least of their concern. And finally they come across someone who sees what they're doing and doesn't care if I'm put outside and made homeless, or if I get a reward, or if I get thrown in jail for saying what I have to say, its gonna be said. and I'm not the only one. We're not your cash cow your meal ticket or your slaves. You can't continue to use us up and leave us traumatized and deprived of resources and expect that we will all just take it. You're all going to have to answer for what you've been doing and if I were a praying man, I'd pray for each and every one of you.

Nothing nice to say on the landlord side

I just won an eviction for non payment of rent, I could only wish that was the worst of the situation. They know and couldn’t care less. Not the voucher program to work with.
