Have been donating over a year, always in and out with ease. Today I had a donation that didn’t go normally. The staff knew exactly how to react to take care of me. Even after having an abnormal experience they still made me feel like I shouldn’t be embarrassed. All staff that I have interacted with is always real and compassionate. ❤️❤️❤️

Don’t give blood here unless you are unbothered by being called 3-4 times a week Forever (I previously thought it had been 4 years of calls but a friend reminded me it’s been 6 years now). They will read this review and say you can email to have your donor info removed from their lists but it doesn’t work. They will keep calling. You can block the number but they find a new number to call from.
Give blood, do not give it here.

If this review is still up, I’m still being called 3-4 times a week by their robo call.

Uses spam calls from hijacked numbers to ask you to donate blood instead of using a regular office phone like a professional company does.

Took an appointment to donate blood, 47 questions for checkin, was sent back home the day at appointment saying you visited other country in last 90 days, so they gave me another appointment and was sent back again after a month saying I have to come tomorrow. Very very disappointing scheduling services..

I was having a very difficult day and was nervous about donating. The phlebotomist, Charlie completed my intake and was super understanding about the day I was having. She provided me peace of mind while preparing me to donate. She decided to be the one to draw my blood and did an excellent job with my donation. Thank you Charlie for being the bright spot in my dark day. You deserve a raise!!

It's for a great cause and they make things real comfortable but the constant daily calls for donations from different numbers is harassment at this point. Please stop, it's sketchy, weird and I hate it

I donated blood here in November 20 20. The staff was very friendly but did not seem to know what they were doing. My flow of blood was too slow and two of the staff members were continuously poking and prodding my arm and moving the needle around throughout my donation to try to increase the flow. The whole donation took about an hour when normally should take 15 minutes or less. Afterward, I had significant arm pain that turned into bruising that covered most of my arm. The bruising took a couple of months to heal and now over a year later, I still have chronic pain in my left arm thanks to Vitalant. I will definitely not be returning to this location and possibly not donating blood ever again due to this horrible experience.
