Shannon Pannell is incredible. There is not enough positive I can say about her. After experiencing a significant medical trauma that shook our entire family, but mostly my eight year old, trauma work was needed. Shannon connected in a way my kids, my husband, and I never knew we needed. I feel lucky and grateful to have her in our life to help us all journey back to mental wellness no matter what life hands us. Thank you Shannon for all you do. For our family and all families. ♥️

Not impressed with leadership. Can't address issues over the phone. Counselors not communicative regarding your loved one. This business not helpful to the community. Flakey and persnickety. Poor attitudes not professional in my opinion

Was in our second session with a counselor where, as a surprise, she directed us (me and my spouse) into her boss’s office. After the initial tensions remained in place, I showed the boss a picture of what my blood pressure was prior to coming (BP 180 over 110, HR 95). She said, “That deserves immediate medical attention.” But she kept on her interrogation of me.

We could have had a bona fide medical emergency right then and there, but she was more concerned with her agenda.

She went on to recommended my wife and get THREE counselors in order to work out our problems. My wife and I later agreed that we would find ONE. But they lured my wife back into their practice and now she’s threatened divorce. My blood pressure is still elevated, but I am under a physician’s care.

I would NOT recommend Southeast Christian Counseling.
