Came here to get a helmet for my nephew, but ended up leaving with skis, boots, helmet for my 3 year old since the price was so reasonable. Everyone was super duper friendly. And excited to see my little girl ski for the first time. We could have used the skis for 2 days. But returned them after 1. Which was quick.

We had a wonderful experience with our rentals here. The staff was knowledgeable and despite a power outage got us in and out in record time. They even had donuts for our kids. Returns were a breeze and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

We actually felt bad once because these alpha moms come in and are so bossy when these men are trying to help! So if you come in, be kind and patient. They are there to help make the process easy.

They take great care of their gear from cleaning, maintenance, and even safety testing. The staff makes sure to take the time to set you up with the right gear and provide great customer service! Took great care of us with the kids first time to ski/snowboard. Didn’t shop around so don’t know how their prices compare but felt the prices were reasonable. Equipment worked great. Service was excellent.

Firstly I want to say, the initial rental experience was very easy and seamless for my daughters. The issue was once we got to the mountain to ski, neither of their skis would move through the snow and my youngest daughter finally took them off and walked down the mountain. They were both very upset. I took the skis into the rental shop at Wolf Creek and had them wax the skis to see if that’s what was needed. It cost me $50, when we went back up the lift the skis worked great and the day was saved. I went to drop off the skis and explained to the owner what happened and to inquire about maybe a a $50 refund or even partial refund and he could not have been more condescending and a total jerk about it. No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience, just pure distain that I would imply his “premium” equipment left his store without being properly prepped.

Won’t be renting or purchasing anything from this place again, and I would make sure you ask prior to renting anything if the staff actually waxed your skis prior to leaving the store.
