We are planning on moving in here soon at the Vistas and Xavier Hill was our leasing consultant. We have never met someone who was as honest, kind, and helpful in our apartment journey as Xavier!! If we were questioning whether we wanted to live at the Vistas before we are not now after our tour and consultation. We will be definitely signing a lease here soon!

Living at Vistas at Jackson Creek has been so amazing. We love our apartment. The staff in the office, the home office and maintenence are awesome. (Raquel, Heather and Linda are top notch and go above and beyond) The dog owners here are responsible and actually pick up after their dogs which is incredible and almost impossible to find at an apartment complex but there is a system in place here that works.
We feel safe here. The neighbors are great. But the best thing is the view from my balcony. I get the best pictures and I love sitting out there and watching the weather and sunsets over the mountains. This is my happy place. 😊

Madison,
Good & respectful people are hard to find. Mrs. Linda have been most welcoming to me & my service dog! They have been transparent & willing to communicate with me.

I also have great respect for Mr. Drew, Mr. Jake & Mr. Pierce. For the amazing work they are doing to maintain these apartments. I'm grateful for their great responsiveness to my maintenance requests!

Madison, please take care of these good staff & make sure you give extra pay to the maintenance, especially in the winter or when it snows!

I've enjoyed the location of grocery stores, other businesses, trails, bike lanes, and easy access to I-25.

Lastly Madison, please don't turn into a car dealership with fees for everything! People are willing to research & compare prices with all-inclusive prices that don't change in the contract or not paying utilities to the apartment & then to the utility company.

I lived at the Vistas for 5.5 years - just recently moving out. It was a very nice place to live when I moved in, in 2019. It has gone significantly downhill since then.

Pros:
- the maintenance team - Drew and Jake are the best. They get things done quickly and genuinely care about what they do. They do their best to keep the grounds looking nice
- backyards for some of the first floor apartments - this was the best thing that happened when Madison bought out the complex
- relatively still affordable for the area
- location is great - it's easy to get to the springs and up to Denver
- the current manager seems to really care about her job and tries to help the best she can. Once I had her direct email things got better. There were at least 4-5 managers in my time there and she's one of the best to deal with

Cons:
- Cassie in the front office was awful to deal with when I had a question about our water bill tripling. She had all kinds of excuses and had no interest in listening that I understood there are variables but none of them explained the daily use tripling from the same month the previous year. She was horrendous to deal with. She then blatantly ignored me when I requested the manager call me and actually lied to the manager saying it had been resolved.
- The guy in the front office - I don't remember his name but anytime you call and get him he'll have to ask someone else for help because he can't help you. He also physically came after a family member of mine who got frustrated with his inability to help
- the units are simply getting old and need updating. Ours needed window work and we regularly had mold growing on the north facing windows. It didn't matter what maintenance tried the moisture accumulation came back. I imagine the unit needs new windows all together. This is just an age issue and things need updating.
- noise and neighbors - it used to be a decently friendly place to live. Now there is political stuff all over the place and most people won't even look at each other. There were also several screaming altercations in the parking lot in the few months before we left - especially at the "dog park" on the property
- insane waste of water in the summer - I tried multiple times to request the sprinklers be adjusted. They ran every single day flooding the parking lot and the grass - even if it was also pouring outside. This was never dealt with and in fact I never even got a response from the leasing office about it

Overall - it's fine, but all I can figure is all these 5 star reviews are being asked for when people first move in and not once they've been there a while . This is not a 5 star place to live - but if you need a roof over your head and want a great maintenance team - I'd consider the vistas if you're in the area.

Request was addressed same day. Issue was with washer as there was puddle of water on floor underneath both washer and dryer after doing a load. Maintenance and I ran test load in all cycles and could not reproduce, which is good but weird. Will monitor and open new if issue persists. Maintenance was friendly and easy to work with.

I am very impressed with this apartment complex. Maintenance team has been awesome in addressing any issues and resolving them quickly. They also have been kind and pleasant when they come to the apartment. The leasing staff, Cassie and Xavier, have been very enjoyable to work with. The actual apartments are nice and quiet with beautiful views. I hope this review encourages this apartment complex to continue providing a great environment for people to live.
