This place is awesome. The staff is knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. I’ve been going for almost a year and saw fantastic results after only a few weeks. I don’t stick with traditional gyms but Full30 has kept me happily engaged and coming back for more!

Update: This is the longest I’ve ever stayed with a gym. After almost 2 years, I still feel like I’m being challenged. The coaches are fantastic and the other members are so friendly and supportive. They really are my Full30Fit Family.

Love this gym! I have made so much progress and am now meeting my goals. I used Full30fit to prepare to climb Mount Hood in Oregon and several other mountains this summer here in Colorado and I absolutely notice the difference after training with them. Come check it out!

I have finally found a Fitness home! Full 30 Fit is an incredible place for you to experience challenging workouts in a positive, friendly atmosphere. Full 30 Fit has got to be, hands down, the best gym I’ve ever worked out at. And I’ve been working out for more than a few years… Cardio/circuit training. Free weight training. Dieting help, fitness challenges, and the occasional social hour(s) at local watering holes! Robin & Jenny really care about us and our health. They’ve gone out of their way to create great workouts and additional programs, as well as hire well-qualified trainers who also happen to be great people. Even better - we’ve made some really good friends during our time here. If you’re looking for the perfect gym for you and you’re reading this review, then you’ve found us. Come on in!

I cannot recommend Full30 Fit enough! I have worked out here for over two years, and I am the strongest and healthiest I have ever been. I felt so welcome from the moment I walked in! I love Full30Fit Monument! So much! I started working out here when I was approaching a milestone birthday and I wanted to build strength. It has changed my life! The coaches and classes are awesome. I work hard, but have so much fun doing it. I have become stronger than I ever thought possible, thanks to the encouragement of the coaches. The friendships at the gym are also something special. Robin and Jenni are outstanding business owners! I would highly recommend to everyone!
