Family ran Chinese restaurant. Clean and amazing atmosphere and staff. Came here on Christmas Day after Mass. Currently in Palmer Lake Recovery Village. Looked forward to this place all week. Definitely didn't disappoint. Staff were friendly and I felt less alone on Christmas. Best hot and sour soup I've had ever! Mongolian combo is posted below.

Amazing personal service, big portion sizes that give you great bang for your buck, and always delicious food! I especially enjoy their dinner combos where I can get large portions of soup, fried rice, a spring roll and cheese wonton, and an entree of my choice for a fair price. Lunches are the same way, just a bit smaller portions. The atmosphere is pretty quiet and laid back but always cozy. So glad my partner showed me this wonderful restaurant.

Ordered lemon chicken, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, pork egg rolls, and the crab and cheese wontons. All of it tasted absolutely fantastic. Service was amazing. The lady working at the counter was extremely kind. Price for everything is amazing bang for your buck as well. I highly recommend.

Update: This is our second time here and hands down our favorite Chinese restaurant in Colorado Springs.

This place has good Chinese food. My wife and I had lunch here and their lunch special were very tasty. They give a generous amount of food. I got Mongolian combo and it was very tasty. They also provide free tea and water. It’s a great place.

Truly a wonderful discovery and addition to our favorite restaurants in Monument! The food is superb and the portions are more than we've ever experienced in ANY other Chinese restaurants! Columbine Garden in Monument is my family and I’s favorite place to eat! I have family gathering, birthday party and regular girl lunches there. Owner Eva is super sweet and kind and she will accommodate with all our needs regarding to allergy and spicy level. I found this gem with the best service , best value and best taste!!!

It was mine and my daughters first visit. I loved the hot tea, pork lo main and rice. Unfortunately the cream cheese wontons and the spring rolls were way over cook and the orange chicken my daughter had wasn't very good. No heat to it and the sauce was very thin and runny. We're still going to recommend going because they have such a nice variety and mine was really good. The hot and sour soup was really good too
