My mom was here in 2017. This facility has improved so much. That if I was to have to need a rehab again, this is the place I would go. Great staff decent food. I give them 5 stars

Excellent nursing staff, great food, good activities and felt very welcome there.
The PT, OT and Speech Therapists were all excellent. I would highly recommend Skylake Post Acute for your family member.

I had been working on getting my mom into a facility for a while as she has been progressively declining due to her dementia. I worked with another facility that gave multiple excuses and loopholes to only decline my mother in the end. This place and Angelina, in particular, made the process very easy and welcoming. The management before has a bad reputation that they are working hard to overturn- with remodeling and new staff. The staff here has a happy disposition and anything that I have asked about has been quickly addressed. My mother has been in this facility for only two weeks so I will be sure to follow up with a review later on, but everything has been a pleasant experience so far.
