I had brought my son here and every visit was just a hassle. I would call 1-2 months in advance to schedule his well check appointment and they would be booked full, with the closest available time several weeks after his birthday. I tried calling farther out, like 4-6 months in advance, and was told they do schedules that far out. When I finally am able to get someone on the phone and get something scheduled, I tell them when I'd like to come in and they say they'll have a doctor reach out to get that scheduled. Isn't that the front desk job? So then I'd play phone tag with the doctor trying to get the appointment set.

Their patient portal had been down for the entire 3 years I went there so scheduling online wasn't an option. They were the closest doctor to us so I didn't want to look for another one, but I really wish I had.

We would also see a different doctor every time because the doctor we saw the first few times never had any appointments that were soon enough for my comfort. Even with an appointment, be prepared to wait. We would frequently wait 15 minutes or more in the waiting room and then 15+ minutes once we got into a room. What's the point of having an appointment time when I don't get to be seen until 30 minutes after it?

The front desk employees were rude and short, especially over the phone. And the doctors we saw were always in such a rush and didn't want to answer any questions. They'd tell me to just send the questions over portal and theyd get back to me, so I did that, and I would either never get a response, or it would be a week or more later.

I could go on and on, but I won't. If you have another option for care, take it. This place is a joke.

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at [Pediatric Office Name]. My child was denied medical care because we were not there 15 minutes before the appointment. We arrived on time, but because we weren't early, they refused to see my child. This policy is not only unreasonable but shows a complete lack of compassion for the patients they are supposed to care for.

Punctuality is important, but to turn away a child in need of medical attention because we didn't meet an arbitrary early check-in time is absurd. Emergencies happen, and sometimes getting out of the house with a young child isn't as simple as arriving early for an appointment. Instead of being understanding, the staff seemed more interested in enforcing a rigid policy than in providing the care that my child needed.

As a parent, I expect my child’s healthcare providers to be more focused on their well-being rather than penalizing us for something so minor. I will be looking for a new pediatrician who truly cares about their patients and isn’t just about the rules.

We had an appointment for my son today and we were 13 minutes late to our appointment since my son had his occupational therapy we were late. The dr nor the front desk cared but when we are there hours waiting it’s okay for them to be late or cancel our appointments. Very disappointed in the dr and the staff. This was a serious appointment about my child’s well being. I will start looking for other clinics that care better about their patients.

I’ve been bringing my son here since he was 1 week old, he’s now 8! I live about 40 minutes away and I still make the drive because I love the care he receives here. I trust the staff, when he was 1 he was not meeting speech goals and was non verbal, our provider suggested speech therapy with Rocky Mountain and I’ll always be forever grateful for the suggestion of early childhood intervention. I know this office can be difficult to get ahold of, but the care is worth it.

I hardly ever write review but I am extremely disappointed with the care my son is recieving here. I have currently been on hold for over an hour trying to get a hold of someone to get a refill on a medication my son has to be on. There has to be a better way of comunication and a better way to provide care for your patients. Its absolutley ridiculous that have to wait this long to talk to someone!!!

I absolutely love Dr. Henderson and the care that he provides. I was less than thrilled with a previous pediatrician that we had seen and I asked a specialist of ours for a personal recommendation. She had previously worked with Dr. Henderson and recommended him. I cannot be happier with the care and attentiveness from Dr. Henderson for my son who has a genetic condition. I trust Dr. Henderson’s advice and I know that he takes great care in his decision making.

The staff that works here are rude and the nurses suck here my daughter couldn’t read the letters well for her eye exam and they ignored her with no concern until I mentioned it myself they’re slow for being in the medical field don’t understand why or how they got this job when they can’t do anything right for the children that need medical attention unbelievable !

I really wish the office/phone staff wasn’t so horrible to deal with. The doctors & other medical staff are absolutely amazing. I’ve rarely had a negative experience with them in the 7 years I’ve taken my kids here. They’ve all always been so kind & great with kids. Both of my children see Dr Logan & are always so happy with the care they receive from her! But dealing with scheduling and such is just terrible. Office staff is often rude, impatient & unhelpful.
