No support, no answer to any calls, each time I call, it SAYS "Open", answering machine message STATES they are open, yet, each time I call - I am "#1" in line and NO ONE ANSWERS. HOW is THAT "helpful"?! All these people did, is, give a bunch of people paychecks to do nothing.
I stood at the Window, ABOUT to inquire on some needs previously, good Lord?‍‍? They sat and stared through a glass window, silently, and waited for me to reach up to slide it open, thinking "Uhhh, okay, I guess we do this then?" And Holy cow! THAT was a problem, yet, the person just sat and stared silently at someone they are being PAID, REAL MONEY!!, to help. No. Somebody just wasted a lot of money on this. A person meets, near, every requirement, for every place you state you can connect me to, but,...they make GETTINGBTHE HELP just as exhausting as the issues. I am STILL waiting for a return call and have not gotten one. THANKS CONNECT MATSU!!!

When I inquired about rental deposit grants and what agencies could I call.. the answer was call the churches! Thanks connect ..I'm a 75 year old woman that was falsely under the impression you connected us with services..I guess I bad!!! Epic fail
