Phil’s Pizza in Oak Lawn has been a cherished part of our family tradition for years. Every time we visit my 80-year-old grandma, we make it a point to order their amazing sausage pizza for carry-out. My grandma absolutely loves it—it’s her favorite treat. If you’re looking for a delicious Chicago-style thin crust pizza in this area, look no further. The crispy cracker crust pairs well with the not overly-sweet sauce and the sausage had good flavor. I ordered a small, sausage thin crust for pickup and it came cooked to perfection in 25 mins. I’ve had it a few times in the past few years and each time it’s been spot on. Can’t beat the price either at $15 for a small, one topping. This place is a must-try whether you’re local or from out of town.

My first time here. I was hoping to sit down and have their pizza fresh, not knowing that it’s a take-out only. Drove 20 minutes to get home, but wow, the pizza was amazing and so hot even after all that time.
The crust holds up very well, the sauce starts off sweet with a tangy middle and a mild fennel note in the finish. Dense thick cheese without it being too cheesy. Loved it! I’m a fan now.

Ordered my food. Everything else was great but does this soup look like cream of chicken..... I think not. Worker's need to slow down and read the order to get it corrected. I understand if they didn't have cream of chicken but I was never told anything.

We just moved to the area a couple of months ago and we love to try all the pizza places around and I have to say we LOVE Phil's pizza, we have placed an order every week and about to order right now!!!! Best cracker crust and cheese, just the right amount of sauce and toppings. They have converted my teenager from just cheese to cheese and sausage.

I have given this place a few tries. Not a bad pizza by any means. But its also nothing special. I think the big hype about them is they LOAD toppings on every pizza. Which if that's your thing? This is for sure your place to try! For me its too gimmicky. I think the excess topping really takes away from the pizza itself. I've tried the meatlovers (no respect) it was decent but I hated the beef no flavor and rubbery. The phils special which is sausage, mushroom green pepper and onion. (usually my favorite toppings) Just didn't hit right on this thin crust. overloaded giant chunks of green pepper made this a green pepper pizza ya got no other flavor. And last i tried simple just a pepperoni. To start I think any pizza place that puts the pepperoni under the cheese is a crime! and that was the last straw for me attempting to like this place. For some it might be great! But with the enormous amount of great pizza around this place falls just short of average for me. Ill eat it but never would I crave it!

Thin crust sausage pepperoni pizza was deliciously amazing! Always on time or before promised time but always delivered hot and fresh!!! Drivers are have a great attitude and friendly which always makes the experience better.
