I wanted to support but was greeted with being spoken over about what donations weren't wanted before I could even say I called in preparation to donate weeks ago and had lots of women's business and dress attire. While I was misunderstood about what type of org I was looking for when I called, the demographic would have worked just fine with my donations... Instead the lady assumed I had (of all things) old socks and other useless items? Whatever her deal was she kept talking over me & being rude. Idk if this was just her mode, if she was busy or what, but how disrespectful, either way, to treat someone who wants to donate to your establishment! I'm ONLY giving 4 stars because of the work that goes into giving back to the community, her attitude today was straight trash.
