The cliche that there is an older man that works here who knows where every single item is is true. I needed a drain valve for my home's hot water heater and the person I talked to knew exactly where they were and was able to answer my questions.

Shop here quite often. Staff is quite nice and helpful from the moment you walk in. Prices seem to be comparable to Home Depot if not even a little cheaper on some items. If Home Depot doesn't have a particular item, I can usually come here and find it.
