I had the unexpected pleasure of finding an incredible yoga studio last minute—just 10 minutes before class. I wasn’t even dressed for it, still in my ski clothes. Holly welcomed me with such kindness, even offering me her brand-new yoga pants so I could join. Her generosity blew me away. I took two of her classes, and they were absolutely outstanding—exactly what I needed. Thank you, Holly, for your warmth and for making me feel so at home in Steamboat. Namaste. 🙏

I can’t say enough great things about this hot yoga sculpt class—it’s hands down the best workout I’ve ever done. I’m a regular attendee, and for good reason. The combination of high-intensity strength training, yoga flow, and heat creates the perfect mix of challenge and mindfulness. Every class leaves me feeling strong, refreshed, and totally energized. The instructors are incredibly motivating, the music is always on point, and the sense of community makes it even better. If you’re looking for a workout that pushes you while keeping you grounded, this is it. Highly recommend.

My wife Kimberly and I have belonged at Rakta for a few years now. Sandy runs a wonderful studio -clean, nice warm heat, friendly and has an awesome soft floor. All the different instructors are very knowledgeable, caring, supportive and at the same time encourage us to expand our limitations. We can't say enough about how much we love Rakta and how it has improved our health and wellbeing! Thank you, Sandy!!

My husband and I were in town for three days and we went to Rakta everyday! Holly was an awesome instructor. The studio is very clean and since we were there during covid restrictions we felt very safe with the sanitizing of the equipment and mats, the distancing and masks. I can’t recommend this studio and staff enough! We look forward to coming back!!

Rakta Studio is a wonderful location in Northwest Colorado for lots of different lineages of yoga. What a treat to have infrared panels, heated AND non-heated options, tons of useful props, and a beautiful Yoga Wall right here in Steamboat Springs! I am so grateful for the opportunity to grow my personal practice, teach to a lovely community, and continue learning more about ways these ancient lessons can serve a modern culture.

Rakta Hot Yoga is hot! It is so much more, though. There is an extensive offering of classes, from pure yoga to yoga+ fitness. The studio is beautiful, so well equipped and so Covid19 safe and clean. The instructors are great and there is something for everyone at Rakta. The location is great and parking is easy. I have lived in town for a long time, and have visited every yoga studio/yoga space in town; and Rakta is the perfect blend of all options. Follow them on IG and classes are easy to book on Mindbody.
