A pretty decent brewery in a location you wouldn’t expect. Beers were solid. Bartender was nice. The space itself wasn’t huge, but it had some good use of space. I was pleasantly surprised by the food too. We had a HUGE group so we got an assortment of items. I got the Philly cheesesteak which I thought was good. The fries were just ok. I thought it needed a lot more seasoning. But my wife had the tomato and mozzarella sandwich which was outstanding

Great place with great food, drinks, and service. There's outdoor seating, and it's dog friendly outside. We really enjoyed the burgers and shandy beer.

Really cool local spot with a great variety of beers! The beers, whether a full pint or flight of samples, were very decently priced. My favorites were the Otter Pop IPA and Belgian Wit. The porter was quite good as well. Food was pretty good- nothing crazy, but the meatloaf sandwich was juicy and the waffle fries were flavorful. Loved the outdoor seating. Very clean space inside. We’d head back again next time we’re in Montrose!

An amazing place with the best beer on the Western slope if not the state. Great food options, too, including the now legendary Bock Bock Fries.

The patrons are diverse too, with some particularly handsome and charming foreign gentlemen.

Pomona was a good brewery and food stop on our way through town after visiting Black Canyon national park. The bartender was really nice, the beers were okay (ordered the Otter Pop, decent - and the saison, also decent, nothing killer), and the Philly melt was really tasty. Lots of indoor seating and outdoor options for your dog, where ours joined us on a blanket, as it’s gravel for most of the picnic tables on the side of the building. Would recommend mainly if you’re hungry when stopping through. Lots of guest taps though if you also found the local brews underwhelming.

The non alcoholic drinks were not listed anywhere clear (sodas, lemonades, etc) so we just had water from the fountain by the kitchen. We did wish they’d have some type of sauce selections though. Some Nashville hot sauce would’ve been delicious on the sweet chicken sandwich! A little bbq would’ve complimented the fries well!
Can’t wait to come back and try the beer!

Love this place. Definitely the go-to for grabbing a beer in Montrose. Super friendly staff and awesome atmosphere. The food is really good too. It’s not uncommon to meet the owners behind the bar! Make sure to stop here if you’re looking a good brew.

Stopped in for a late lunch and beer. Friendly staff & great service. Had the Mother Clucker which comes with waffle fries. It was delish and hit the spot. Hubs had IPA while I had the Kolsch. Both were excellent. Stop on by and give it a try.
