Our primary provider is Hanna. She is best described as Compassionate, Competent and Caring. I have gotten in the same day as I called. I have been given the time that both me and my provider needed to provide a robust discussion about my issues. They have provided me a seamless process for managing my insurance. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I needed stitches on the Sunday night of Labor Day weekend. Hannah met me at the office and put some amazing stitches above my eye that exceed the quality of those done on my other eye, which were done by a plastic surgeon. Again this was done at like 7pm on a Sunday. How much would that have cost at the emergency room, the only other option at that time? More than the annual enrollment fee for this excellent concierge program I bet. And the quality would have been a gamble. Experiences like that completely validate the business model. I feel I'm saving money outright and getting vastly better service which is personal and customized. On another occasion Hannah spent nearly an hour discussing my asthma needs. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient here for 11years. I appreciate my primary Dr. so much!! She is a great Dr. that is very knowledgeable, willing to take her time, is very understand and open! Great with dietary suggestion with your health care. Great nurse that is Very smart, well trained and always a great help! Never forgets anything and is on top of it!! Great staff to.

What a blessing it has been to connect with these folks as my primary care practice. I wanted a physician who approaches health care holistically, listening to the patients whole story, who doesn't seek to quickly match a diagnosis with a medication to send you on your way within the allotted time. Nutrition, exercise, and alternative modalities are encouraged along with customary means of treating acute or chronic conditions. There seems to be good communication with and respect for this practice by specialists and other members of the local medical community. It is indeed worthwhile to consider a concierge practice such as this, especially with the payment plans available for the annual fee.

I have been a patient of this practice for 10 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else in town for my own or my family's care. Rosanne, Phaedra and Millie are so knowledgeable and caring. As a busy mom of 3 boys 6 and under I can't beat the one-stop shop for us all...and the ability to get email/text/phone call responses to my questions or concerns within hours is exactly what my family needs and appreciates. I am extremely happy with this practice.

Stop is very friendly and helpful including receptionist. Doctors are great and now have time to put you into their busy schedule. They treat everybody on an individual basis. They know we are all individuals need to be treated separately no one is alike. I have being patient for quite some time and I'm very happy impressed with their services

Barbara Novotny is without a doubt a true Healthcare professional. She's not just a doctor. I hurt my back at work, and being a 26 year old, no one wanted to treat me because of the degree of pain I was having requires a prescription for narcotic medication. I could tell she cared a great deal about helping me given my especially difficult time I've had getting help. She is understandably hesitant to prescribe narcotics, but she could clearly see that this was necessary for me as I have no way to even be seen by pain management until another week or so. Because she made a compassionate and perhaps even risky decision for herself by prescribing me a 2 week supply of pain meds, she has saved me from losing my job. I recommend her highly, because she cares about her patients, and she didn't become a doctor just because it pays well. Like many others I've had to deal with. God bless her, she will take good care of you.
