Every time I have submitted a application for benefits it always goes somewhere different. Every time I go into the office I'm sitting there for over an hour. When I call the customer service number I never get a call back and when I request a call back it takes a month. Also when I go into the office I always see all the workers just sitting there on the computer. This place really needs to re hire or have better customer service.

I put in an application October 14th and it hasn't even been looked at. It is now January 2nd. I've called at least 15 times and was put on hold for over an hour every single time. I called them back today and have been on hold for 3 hours. It is very frustrating when you can't afford to buy food and are in dire need of food and no one is willing to answer. Their system is awful.

5.5 hours on hold and still no answer by a case worker. Can't go in person due to pending labor days away and strict bedrest. Can't even get an extension nc I can't speak to anybody. This os ridiculous and they need to fix their system. No excuse for not answering the calls and have us on phone all day just to speak to somebody who hangs up b4 u can even asks questions or get a matter resolved.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! However, I needed to actually see customer service, and that way it was a long time. I got there at about 10:20 a.m. and I wasn't seen by customer service until 120 130. The first process when I took a number and waited to be called, that actually didn't take too long. Thank you
