This little gem of a hotel is absolutely amazing, and you won't regret staying here for whatever occasion you're thinking about staying here for!!
Dawn, and Jimmy are great hosts, and they make you feel comfortable from the moment you first speak with them to get your room. I felt very respected, and I 100% enjoyed my stay here. I highly recommend this hotel 👍.

Clean room, kingsize bed, helpful staff with our request. Great location for a trip up the mountain to ski at Monarch. Great steakhouse across the street.

The Lodge is a gem but the owners Dawn and Jimmy are what makes it sparkle. They are so welcoming and made our stay comfortable and like we were part of their family. The rooms are spotless and clean and the beds are very comfortable for a good nights sleep. Our room had a microwave and frig. We heated our chili in the microwave and spent 4 hours around the huge firepit. That is our version of camping!!!!! We have already booked a return stay.

Great experience. Quirky little place, but I prefer that over big chains. Bed was super comfy. Had a double queen room in the back building #8. Was happy to be a little further off the highway. They have clearly worked really hard to make this place nice. It still needs a little love, but they are clearly making an effort. Saw comment about hot water: all I can figure is that the water heater broke down because I had HOT water that needed taming.

This place is a cute idea. The staff is great! They were very helpful & friendly. I loved the outdoor fire that was welcomed in the cool evening air. However, I personally feel this place needs a lot of work!
The size of my room was small, for a single traveler, it was good though.
The shower was terrible. Dimly lit, nowhere to put your stuff & the water was COLD! I ran the water for a good 15 minutes, waiting for it to get warm.. but by that point, I think all the warm water was gone.
The window unit was a huge disappointment. The filter was absolutely disgusting, completely covered in dust! I took it out to clean it, but it just needed to be replaced altogether. When I turned it on, it blew right in my face. Nothing like your sinuses drying out while sleeping...
The walls are PAPER THIN! I could hear my neighbor's conversations like I was sitting in the room with them.
Would I stay here again? Not unless I knew the whole place had been redone. Good concept, just not executed correctly.

Dawn and Jimmy were the best, from the moment we arrived to the time we left. Hostess with the most. The property was very nice, our room was small but that's all we needed (just a place to sleep). The fire pit was great, we sat out there both nights visited with other guest. The best time we've had ever staying anywhere.

My Husband & I needed a one night stay on our way to Dillon,CO. We loved The Lodge at Poncha Springs & will be back to stay longer. It’s close to everything & the owners are so nice, caring & friendly!! They want all guests to have a great time. It’s close to Elevation Brewery, Vino Salina & several restaurants. The outdoor area sparkled with a fire in the fire pit & all the beautiful lights!!! We can’t wait to come back sooner rather than later!!
