I love this gym! I have been going for years and it's a wonderful place with dynamic and different types/levels of classes. The instructors are always kind and know how to challenge the classes. Highly recommend if you're looking for a gym in town. It's worth the price!

Steamboat Fit has truly transformed my experience since moving here a few months ago! I started with a membership and quickly jumped at the opportunity to join the team. The community is incredibly supportive, and the work environment is just as uplifting.

I’ve always preferred open gym sessions, but I must say, the classes here are fantastic—everyone raves about them! It’s rewarding to see so many people prioritizing their health and fitness, and I’m grateful to be part of such a positive atmosphere.

Cannot recommend this community enough. I started with personal training with Rebecca and Heather, and then transitioned to the awesome group classes. I particularly love Strength with Heather and Row & Reps with Lindsay. The best part is the community of men and women who encourage and help one another. SF West is particularly great for open gym, with excellent equipment and lots of space. SF West also has a great coffee shop next door, which is perfect for hitting the gym and then catching up on work or grabbing a burrito.

Strength is probably my favorite class right now. The varied movements and each circuit focusing on a different area of the body. I love feeling the muscles I’ve worked - the evidence that I’ve challenged myself to get a little stronger every time. Heather is just the best - she’s encouraging and keeps a close eye on form, so I’m not distracted by the fear of hurting myself.

I love Steamboat Fit! There's a great variety of classes along with friendly and knowledgeable instructors! The instructors provide a challenging workout and are always there to support and help you. All the staff and welcoming and friendly.
