Arnelle is a gem! From our first meeting, she was quite inviting and easy to talk to and she really takes the time to explain her process thoroughly. Arnelle is very knowledgeable and her approach is constantly evolving and growing. I enjoy the weekly calls which include a group meditation and yoga session followed by an update on the upcoming transits for the next week. Arnelle encourages interaction and is always willing to give guidance and answer any questions you might have. I have enjoyed taking online yoga classes through Discover Astro Yoga. I'm in Oregon, so the classes are accessible over the internet wherever you happen to be.

The assignments in Astro Yoga vary based on the current Sun sign and the elemental makeup of your own astrological chart — you get a new assignment once a month when the Sun changes sign. I came into Discover Astro Yoga knowing a lot about astrology and less about yoga. For me, having a tie to my existing interest in astrology was good for motivating me to become more physically active. However, I could also see it being possible for the relationship to go the other way, for someone who already loves yoga to ease into learning about astrology through these classes.

Discover Astro Yoga has instructional videos for a variety of ability levels. The videos are organized by the element they emphasize (Earth, Air, Water, Fire). Each element has both Yin and Vinyasa flows available. The beginner-level Yin flows work well for me being not very athletic, but it is good to know there are more advanced options to potentially grow toward!

Firstly, Arnelle is the most warm hearted caring yoga instructor I know. She really takes her time in demonstrations and checking in with you for any questions or concerns you may have. I’ve done online yoga sessions with her as well as astrology readings. I’ve gotten great results with everything! No need to second guess it just go for it ! Let her work her magic lol literally, she’s great!
