They use to be better back in the day. But not any more they became Rock Center. A lot of people have saying the Levan abuses them . And Tricia and some of the directors tried to hide the abuse I know a lot of people have contacted the state recently to investigate in their complaints but the directors just hide it when they come I know because I worked there and I was a Director and that’s what they do. They don’t want to fall for anything.
Like my dad has recently said they abuse him he have lost so much weight because they don’t feed him at all. It’s not that he doesn’t want to eat. It’s how they treat him and they don’t give him the food he would like to eat so he just snacks sweets, and he’s a diabetic.

My dad has been sober for 14 years and I’m proud of him . They called him a drunk and now he’s not a drunk and if he drinks a beer or two, he can other nursing homes they allow it. They’re mean to him and he’s not drunk.

This has been reported to the state today and so has many other complaints, but I can’t tell you what they are. They will investigate.

If you have family, take them to Delnorte Alamosa or the legacy or the bridge anywhere other than here.

If you like it watch out and if you suspect abuse make a complaint with the state they will help you and they do not tell them when they’re investigating they just do it and they’re not for the Rock center there for the resident call the state
