I was exploring Loveland when I saw Heart J Center for Experiential Learning on google maps.
It sounded like a very cool place.
It was very confusing where the vistor center was. I walked to where google map pins this place at.
The sign said office. I knocked, but nobody was there. As i started to walk back to my vehicle, a white jeep began to approach me.
Two men asked me what I was doing. I told them i was exploring. One man yelled back at me, "no youre not"!!
I said thats exactly what im doing. Began to tell him how I saw the Center on Google maps and it sounded really cool. The man said, "this is private property" I said ok what about the cabins down by the water? The man said "All of It"!!
Then I politely asked how i could find out more about the center, and the man told me I can rent one and to look online.
I had zero cell phone reception, so i wasnt able to look at the time.
I can honestly say that I got my dose of
"Experiential learning" today.
And after "reflecting" on the expierence, I rate this 1 star. I recently took a position at
Nutrien US. I will be sure to avkid this place on my way to work.

What an amazing place! Went for a QiGong and Gong Bath class and had a wonderful experience. Both guides were knowledgeable and a delight to be with.

Also attended an early morning birding hike. Our guide was fun and informative. We saw 10 Dippers along the River. Spotted their “glass slippers”. This is when the ice forms on their feet. It was quite a site.

Oh yes! And their weekly native speaker series and dinner during the winter is well worth the drive. Heard an incredible talk about owls in Colorado. I had no idea there were so many!

Apparently they are expanding their offerings with a focus in healing. As a cancer survivor I’m thrilled with this. . Can’t see what else is in store!
