When my wife retired we moved to Loveland, CO. I need regular hard cardio exercise to slow Parkinson's Disease progression. Winters here make hard cardio challenging especially if cycling is your go to exercise. I can't stand training by myself in the garage with my road bike on a trainer and a regular gym is too pricey on a fixed income.
My wife did the research and Chilson is was the answer!
If you are a Loveland resident and a Senior there is no cost to join and most classes are free! Plus there are tons of machines, free weights, lap pool, basketball courts and a shower! Equipment is up to date. Class instructors are fun and friendly and classes offered are varied so there are no excuses for not getting some great cardio!

The senior center is a beautiful place the receptionists are kind and helpful. I went to see about joining a choir. I found the presenter to be condescending and decided not to join the choir.
