If I could give 0 stars I would.
Do not go to this place.
I took my dog here for an eye issue he was having, after man handling my dog and terrifying him, the doctor told me she didn't know what was wrong. That would be okay if that's where this ended, but she gave me a prescription for a steroid anyway.
After using the steroid for a week, my dogs eye got EXTREMELY BAD.
I canceled my next appointment because after talking to the doctor on the phone, she stated she still didn't know what it was.
I took him to an optomologist, and the more knowledgable doctor stated that the steriods they gave me is the entire problem, that what was happening to my dog was completely normal, but the steroid made it worse.
My dog almost lost his eye because of these people, he is only 4 years old. The new doctors drops fixed him almost 100%.

I called back to A Pets Place to ask for an apology, they absolutely refused. Lady named Lezley was extremely rude, ignorant and told me they take no fault in what happened. My lawyer told me I could win but it would not be worth it, I will be fighting them anyone.
How dare they do this to someone's pet.
Absolutely disgusting company.
Me and my pet group will no longer be using this place, as they do not care about our pets.

Don't take a chance, go somewhere else.

I’ve spent far too much time at A Pet’s Place over the last year, but I’m grateful for the excellent care and attention to my pup, Pepperoni. I’ve seen both Dr. Primeau and Dr. Vail, and now Dr. Jones— all three have been wonderful. The vet techs and client care staff are incredible, too. Can’t recommend more highly!

We were nervous at first because our dog chip is very anxious when meeting new people, and sometimes that can start us off on a bad foot. But let me tell you it was a great experience from beginning to end! The front end was very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Vail was very patient when dealing with Chip. I fell she treated him like he was her dog.
Dr. Vail made our visit a breeze. I definitely recommend this facility if you need a vet especially Dr. Vail.

We have been bringing our 2 cats to A Pet's Place for the past 7 years and have been very happy with the care and service they have provided. They are so kind to the animals and explanation of what is going on is done in a way we can understand. I have referred this vet to a lot of people and not 1 of them have ever come back and said they was not happy.

A Pet’s Place Animal Hospital goes above and beyond my expectations - ALWAYS! On multiple occasions they’ve helped my fur babies in emergency situations and I’ve been so impressed by their compassion, attentiveness, and care. You can tell that the Veterinarians and staff deeply love animals. Today, my young cat needed immediate dental care and knowing that she was in such incredible hands eased my worries. Since my cats are my “children” I’m very picky about their care and I would recommend A Pet’s Place Animal Hospital in a HEARTBEAT. I’m beyond grateful for such an amazing clinic and staff! 5+ Stars!!!

My family had been visiting A Pet’s Place for years and it was finally time to bring in my own new puppy. We’ve now been multiple times with my new puppy and the team at A Pets Place is the most kind and knowledgeable team you could ever ask for. They’re patient, understanding, educated, and capable. I will never bring my dogs anywhere else. Period. Thank you again for taking care of my little “EJ”.❤️🐶

When I very first came. I believe it was around COVID days. They were amazing. When everyone said they couldn't do anything. Pet place said yes they can help, and they did. Fast forward years later to 2024. My dog was having the same issue he had when I first came. Imagine my shock when the doctor was telling me to "get ready to put him down. or make the hard decision." To my shock. Because IVDD is not a death sentence it just requires rest and meds. I took him there three times because they were controlling his pain. They kept telling me they gave him the "usual" pain meds that prescribed for this condition. Yes they did but also some vets will give addition meds if the dog is still in pain. He shouldnt be in so much pain he cant even move a slight inch. I purchased the laser package and Accupunture. While we werer doing the acupuncture the doctor stopped by to talk to one of the techs and I told the vet I dont think she doing everything because my dog is still in so much pain where he is hollering. She repeater her self that she did everything and I told her I didn't appreciate her telling me to put my dog down to which she said she didn't say the same thing. She looked over at the newbie vet to come join in on the Convo and she backed her up to which I realize I am not going to get through with them. I have to leave them. They still charged me for the laser package to which I did not use. They even charged me for an Xray that I did not know they did to which they said they told me but they didn't. I think they did this to get me out. Long story short I went to chance in Boulder and the vet there gave me the meds he needs AND stronger pain meds to help me relaxed to which it worked. I think these guys just gave up which is sad because they have potential. Im heart broken because my dogs loved them but they don't understand. WIth that said I think we should leave these guys alone they are burnt out and it causing damage to our loved ones
