They worked their butts off to arrange contractors and handymen to handle a long list of squawks. They held open houses and helped with staging. I purchased my house in 2022 with Andrea and Josh, it was my first house and I had no clue what I needed to do to make that goal finally happen. I didn't understand a single thing about the market and put my trust in the team at St. Vrain Realty. To start they initially helped me get preapproved through a lender all the while gauging what I was interested in. After putting in an offer on a property I quickly learned that it wouldn't be as simple as I had thought. The next day Josh sent me a couple addresses to check out online, Andrea sent me some too and I quickly fell in love with one. They set up the tour the following day and I knew I wanted the property, Both Josh and Andrea as well as the whole team worked quickly to get the ball rolling, the offer was accepted and the dream became a reality.
the journey didn't stop there as Josh and Andrea both sent me a checklist of things I needed to get done to get the sale completed, the team was more than happy to answer any questions I had or offer assistance in any aspect I quite frankly didn't understand. I couldn't be more pleased with both the house I have now and the process and dedicated teamwork it took to help me reach a goal of mine.
I am writing this review a full year and a half later because St. Vrain Realty still values me as a client, they'll send out some pretty sweet promos they have with local businesses and it reminded me I never left a review for them and I couldn't be happier to finally say Thank you for everything your team did for me. If you're looking for a local real estate agent and team that doesn't need to fake their ties to the community they serve and truly values where they live as well, there is no need to call anyone but St. Vrain Realty!
