I was able to get in and out of here with my son’s birth certificate in 20 minutes! Don’t bother ordering online. This is way faster and painless. The ladies at the front desk were really helpful

We've been here 4 times now. Extremely slow. Never get in anywhere near our appt time. This last time, my husband took in our 10 month old for his immunizations. The gave my child the wrong immunizations. His immunization record isn't even recorded correctly. Somewhere they've either mixed his file with someone else's or is inputting the wrong information. Either way, I will never go back nor do I recommend any other child to be seen at this place.

Very helpful and patient. My daughter was due for her 2 year vaccines and there was some confusion on weather or not she had insurance. I was directed downstairs where another group of ladies help sort out the confusion. My daughter was not covered, but they were still nice enough to treat her. I have since followed up and fixing my daughters health insurance coverage. Thanks.

In and out in 20 minutes to pick up death certificates (unlike the boulder location where they won't even let you in and need an appointment)
