Had my son there back in 2013. It is very nice clean facility. Until I went at 1am. My son was in his wheelchair in front of the TV crying pee all over his uniform. I went in to bath him and put him down for him to go to school the next day. Bottom line I have never seen a perfect facility good help is very hard to find! When I came back to get him they begged me to keep him there. It's best to keep your loved ones home if at all possible I had to quit working and take care of him full time but he is healthy and happy and that's all that matters. I really loved the shower area my son is not able to sat up so it was very accommodating for him. I keep trying to find a tub like it, it must be custom made. It's good they give you a key to come and go as you please.

Amazing staff here. They are so patient and understanding of their residents. I am glad we were able to support the Fall Festival for the younger residents.

Extremely humbled.

I was sent here at the age of 16 and stayed there after I turned 17. Staff were negligent and cruel. One of the staff members admitted that she wanted to choke me after I playfully threw broccoli at her (Mind you, I am autistic and have trouble with social cues and standards, this was my way of playful banter towards her). The staff had to hold her back from me. Another time a patient smashed my head with a metal cup, causing me to have a large gash on the back of my head that needed to be tended with staples. They told me I could press charges against the patient, and when I did; Nothing happened. They told me police were there investigating, but no police ever talked to me or asked my statement, and I never saw any police at the facility. Do not send your children here, staff is lazy and argumentative and do not care for the mentally ill.

The lady at the front desk is incredibly rude super unprofessional and should be fired I am a single father going through tough times. Making a phone call from my car and it's somewhat lagging she made a very rude comment when I was getting off the phone or when she was transferring my call and that told me all I needed to know about this place terrible

Did some brick work for Messer Construction Company on a remodel job on a tiny wing of the campus. The small village that this place is, makes a huge difference in the lives of every soul that comes thru the campus doors. The smiles are noticably shiny from the patients and their families faces. Keep the smiles on the faces and I'll see what I can do to match their beauty to my brick work. Love y'all

Hoti is not the place it use to be. Some of the staff are negligently lazy. Kids are often left soaked while staff sit around. They don't get charged and turned every 2 hours which is industry standard for safety. Kids go days without oral care. And staff have threatened other staff for asking them to do their jobs. And the place is so filthy it's beyond ridiculous. The floors in residents room never gets cleaned. Home of the Innocent you need to do bette r!!!!!
