We’ve been using this facility for the pool and it’s a good spot. Clean and welcoming. The kids pool area includes a “splash” area, small lazy river, and two slides. The slides are pretty fun but I started to sit on my butt because the gaps can bump your back rather rough. We checked out the gym and it’s very nice. There’s a track upstairs. Climbing wall, yeah it’s a dope facility

Phenomenal facility all around! We went to the pool area and I was blown away. That texture of the pool for the Childrens area is soft like hardened foam and gradually descends like the sand at a beach. There are a lot of really neat splash pad features installed into the pool, a separate pool area that is slightly deeper, the main area is only 3 foot deep, and the area at the slides is super fun!there is also a separate pool for swimming that is roped off for people who are solely exercising and there is a gigantic hot tub as well. Any children in the Hot tub must have an adult with them or they will be asked to leave, I saw this happen and it was great to know that the rules are enforced! We will definitely be back. They have men’s changing rooms, women’s changing rooms, a family changing room, and a changing room that is gender free. The entire facility is immaculately clean, and all of the staff is incredibly friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have.

For starters, I don’t think lifeguards should be using their phones while on duty.
Yesterday 1/8 around closing time, one of the male lifeguards was taking pictures or recording me in the pool.
I left feeling very uncomfortable.
He is young (17 maybe), short, brunette with glasses, black phone case.
Hopefully this issue can be addressed, as this could’ve easily been someone’s young daughter/child.

That was only my third time into the rec center, & other than that, I will say it’s great place!
They have great machines, that are well maintained.
The sauna and steam room are also a great plus!
I do wish they did memberships differently or you could just purchase a monthly pass like you do a day pass. Instead it’s a membership, so they put your card on file to auto bill you each month, which can be inconvenient.

I love visiting Trails Rec - whether it be for a workout, a swim or cookie decoration, it is filled with activities to keep you active, healthy, and connected with others!
I've also got to add that not many months ago I started swimming lessons as an adult, with no experience whatsoever and thanks to my instructor, Lindsey Adamu, I've grown into quite a fish. She's patient, thoughtful, skillful (a former competitive swimmer) and versatile (one session she's teaching me and the next my kiddo, with aplomb!). I highly recommend seeking her lessons if you’re like me, a total beginner, or one who needs to refine their skills – rest assured, you’re in the right hands. 🙂

Nice facility and spacious.
You guys have to get a handle on your teenage staff, Encourage them to not be afraid to enforce standards.
My wife recently had to make a second complaint about teenage girls running around with indecent shorts.
A 16-year-old boy is not gonna correct that.
I teach ethics and human science I’ll even go as far as offer classes for free, It gets really out of hand during the summer With parents dropping their kids off all day, kids eating on gym equipment and girls running around half naked.
Small tweak and more diligence would be appreciate.

Loved coming here when we first became members. However, it seems like they try to make everything inconvenient. They close at 5 pm on Saturdays and Sundays which is extremely early but still feel the need to shut the steam-room and sauna down an hour early on Saturday for maintenance. They can’t do it after they close to allow their guests some time as closing at 430 on a saturday is already ridiculous! Or even at 4:30 when it usually closes!? I am also very upset I joined this place mainly to swim bc I am a swimmer and the lap pool has been down for weeks with zero update or sense of urgency. Things happen and I do understand that but there are zero updates or communication on this. The least you do is provide an update. It sucks because that’s why i chose this place and pay a higher fee than most places every month.Figure it out or again at least try to and communicate with members about it!

It feels like a bunch of highschoolers and teenagers run this place and management just took their hands off!

The Trails in not for everyone. They have very limited number of exercise equipment, specifically if you are a bigger person. But if you have the goal nothing will stop you. The facility is clean and personal is kind and polite. So overall this is the great pace to keep your self in shape.

We take our little one to Trails rec for private swim lessons. He had some water trauma as an infant and Ms. Lindsay has been AMAZING with him. He's swimming, putting his head in the water and jumping into the pool on his own.

I've also seen Ms. Lindsay with other kids and she's just a great with them. What an asset she is to the swim lesson program at Trails Rec!
