I am deeply concerned about the unacceptable conditions and behavior at Beacon Christian Community Health Center. The doctors and nurses displayed a lack of professionalism and compassion, especially when one of the doctors told my younger sister that if she ate better, she wouldn't need a vitamin test and suggested she should go to Korea to get it done. Such remarks are not only condescending but also highly inappropriate.

Furthermore, the staff's poor command of English made communication extremely difficult, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. The facility itself was dirty and appeared unhygienic, raising serious concerns about patient safety.
I will be reporting these serious issues to the health bureau and OSHA to ensure that necessary actions are taken. It is imperative that this health center addresses these problems immediately to prevent any further harm to its patients.

Stay blessed.

I experienced something traumatic and I reached out to their facilities for services No one responded to my phone calls. Today I received a phone call five weeks later. When I asked why it took so long she says we have a waiting list of over 50 people and that this is normal. I expressed that that was extremely negligent and dangerous and that they should probably stop taking new patients if they cannot handle it. She hung up on me. If you are experiencing a crisis this is the last place you should go to. They do not have the capacity to help anyone new. I found help else where and i suggest everyone else to do the same.

DONT GO HERE! They charged TWICE
They lost my test results and charged me for the second vist to get tested AGAIN.

They don’t return your calls, I literally called their line, they picked up and immediately sent me to their voice message which I left multiple which all left with NO response.

I literally had to come in-person for them to realize that they LOST my test results which I didn’t know until I had to ask them for, after a WHOLE WEEK of waiting to see if they got back to me. After of which i was already pretty much half recovered. So I gave the benefit of the doubt on the 2nd test maybe at least since they LOST my results maybe the won’t charge me for the mistake THEY made.

And the reason I even went to them was sick for 2 weeks and I needed to get work accommodation note to get approved my time-off work without losing my UPT hours at my job but since they LOST my results WITHOUT informing me i had to use my UPT hours.

And to top it all off all the test result came out negative, so they don’t even know what i had so i don’t even have the closure of knowing what I had. This was the WORST doctor experience I ever had and i will NEVER go here again.
Good service gets good review, this place was certified GARBAGE

I've gotten more patient attention and care at an Ugent Care center. I specifically chose this NP and she didn't even care to make eye contact. She didn't make me feel listened to or cared for. The location was awful. After parking I had to walk past a dumpster, which was open, and had open metal lab boxes tossed around the grounds. Near the dumpster. The outside presentation was dingy, cluttered, and dirty and I truely did not want to enter....After I found the enterence. This was not a great setting.

When I was called, shortly after I arrived, Deliveries were happening in the patient enterence area where a nurse tried to give me an eye exam with the delivery guy standing right next to me. Later we returned to complete the eye exam where the nurse pronounced that I had 20/20 vision. I read the line above 20/20 she said it didn't matter, it was pretty much the same...okay....Im concerned about my vision and I expressed this and I was told to worry only when I had 20/40.

I got the impression that everyone was over it and it was 10am on a Friday. Overall, I will not be returning.

The medical staff collected the same information from me 3 seperate times and after all that the primary nurse offered no suggestions about health workout practices or sleep routines, she just gave me scripts even for bloodwork. What medical office does not offer onsite blood draws? I was given about 6 referrals, and the only time I was touched was for my blood pressure, but I noted several times that my foot was hurting. No suggestions were made to alleviate the pain beside pills....wow.

Much of my appointment, I felt a "Not my problem" attitude from the medical staff and I would love to say perhaps they were.busy but it was clear they were not. Even accounting for a person's personal bad day, I could not in all good conscience recommend this place to anyone I know or love. However, it appears this location is built for sickness, not wellness so if someone is ill and needs to get in quickly, I may just recommend it but I will tell them to mind their expectations because this was low level medical care at its worst. I was very disappointed.

The bright light was the Slovic nurse who did sit with me while I showed her my previous blood work results after being dismissed by the primary nurse.

Customer service and customer care ongoing training us needed.

Overall a D-. Come here if you need fast evaluations. Don't come here if you are in search of care or wellness.

I read a lot of bad reviews and was afraid to go to this medical office. My experience is positive. All the employees were polite and friendly with me and the doctors examined me and answered all the questions.

Special thanks to Dr. Virginia Tiralosi (and girls) and to Carmen Wong. They have been very supportive and I feel much better.

I take off one star for not calling back and sometimes it's hard to contact them. They haven't been able to verify my payment for several months yet. I have paid, and it is displayed as unpaid, although I have a receipt. I'm nervous about things like that.

Their customer service is very poor. Lack of effective communication skills between customers and employees. They treat customers as if they are doing you a favor.

I have been going to this place for over 15 years and I have looked past the rude , unwelcoming staff but this is the worst place I have ever gone to in my life. I went to get checked out because I was sick the nurse practitioner didn’t properly check me out I looked past that because I dont like to be a bother. When the doctor came she didn’t even bother to check the area where I told Her I was Feeling discomfort and said that everything seemed fine … when I wasnt Fine . she said I had To get charged for a COVID test which I knew I didnt have COVID. She proceeded to tell me to just take Tylenol and I should Be good. She then tells me she’s going to do a strep test and it’ll take two days to get results when I never got a rapid one for her to even do that she had an attitude and just walked out without telling me exactly what was wrong with me. I waited For 30 mins for.someone else to come and do the test THE WORST PART was that she didn’t even do it properly she swabbed the middle of my tounge for nearly 3 seconds and then left I had Enough and just walked out and it’s been 4 days and I still haven’t gotten a call back. And I’ve just gotten worse. I has to go to city md to be told I needed Antibiotics and now I’m getting the proper care a WEEK LATER. Thankyou for absolutely nothing these “ doctors and nurses “ are the worst people I’ll ever encounter. After 15 years I’m done going here.
