Went here last week and Can't Agree More with the 1 Star Reviews. Rude, Bossy and act like its Homeland Security (At least the first person who was directing cars to park, not the check in guy, he was great!) and (except the older lady with the Tip Jug and the man at the end of the line asking if you need pet stuff). I would assume the tall male volunteer that works the start of the line doesnt want to be there and cant recognize when someone thanks him for putting stuff in your car for you. ($100k Porsche with custom 'Agent' plates?) I get this is a FREE service, but the food selection they give is terrible. NO canned goods, bread or boxed items to make actual meals with. (never seen a pantry that doesnt offer this) Most of the stuff you get is either expired, half moldy/rotten or within 1-2 days from expiring because it's pre cut produce or pre packaged junk food from the deli. Again, i know it's free, but with what is offered it's best they use their own trash cans to toss it rather then have us do it for them! Also there is NO ONE to help to enforce the ONLY 1 item from the plant/flower racks. Absurd how people take a handful thinking their entitled! Thank you OAFB for working so hard and trying to help people anyway!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the staff here. Our experience has been nothing short of friendly, compassionate and professional staff. The organization is more than generous with the food it provides for families. It is evident that many hours of volunteering are put forth to make this a successful event for so many families. Lots of fresh produce, meat, canned goods and bread are given out. Open Arms is doing a fantastic job at helping those experiencing hardship. Kudos to you all!

I've been to this food bank many times, and they are always kind and welcoming, so I figure it's time to give an honest review ,I honestly can say out of the several food banks I've been to or taken someone else, this is the best.Come snow or rain the volunteers are outside giving their all to those of us who struggle with poverty. So the one negative review I read on here is quite hard to believe , I think that person totally misinterpreted the facts. Love you all. TY for all you do.🥰

Very generous, all of the volunteers and staff where very kind and/or polite. Was so thankful for everything that they put on our families table. Very much recommended and appreciated, will definitely be going back if in need of their assistance.

Amazing, well stocked organized user friendly for drive through awesome customer service shoot out to Dixie a wounderful vouleenture who made me feel like family . God's mercy love and joy is truly present at this food pantry. Great food and soul food . THANK you for your kindness and blessings.

Best food bank in town. They give abundant food. They even have some good used clothes you can look through and get for free. The people are friendly and it have been a tremendous blessing to my family and friends.

A wonderful place that solely exists to help others. What a wonderful thing they are doing and helping so many families. Please support your local food banks with donations as they are all non profit and run by people who volunteer their time to help others.
