Under construction but easy access into the buildings. Very nice personnel. We went there to play Pickleball. On Monday there was several players that let us play with them and helped us with our game. It is $1.00 a day or you can play by the month to use the facilities. They also have an indoor track.

There is an indoor walking track and weight room. There is also a basketball court. They have many rooms to host meetings, and other events. On Friday nights they host Celebrate Recovery. There is also a Daycare attached to it.

I love the Roc. My son goes on Fridays in the evening to play. The ladies who take the kids are wonderful he always has a blast and they usually make something pretty cute as far as crafts. I heard they do regular day care during the day I would imagine it's pretty good. Clean nice facilities as well

Very friendly and helpful staff. Weight training room is adequate with dated but functional Cybex equipment, as well as some cardio machines. Walking track is nice but a little on the small side for running or jogging (16 laps to go a mile). I suspect this is one of the best options in the area for a workout facility at only $20/month.

Tonight was a special night. I got to hear an eleven year olds testimony it touched my heart. It's a loving, and God centered place. I intend on returning on Fridays
