Great customer service. I love calling the main office they are so nice. I love riding with this service. Two dollars each way! Wow what a deal. Be sure and call or schedule online a day or two in advance. Medical rides with insurance is free

The very first time I went in nobody was upfront & the doors were unlocked leaving me to roam around the building to find somebody who never showed up... Very unsafe. However, many daycares closed so I felt I had no option this recent time I had encountered them. They told me I had a deposit to secure my child's spot, which I paid. Things came up & I was unable to take within the week. Within that week I hadn't heard from COG & took my child in like a normal day only to be told the spot was taken. At that point I told them the deposit was to save a spot & if they didn't have one I need my money returned or they need to find a spot. Deb Hartman agreed to give my money back--when I received the check it was only half the deposit in the wrong name, which I would hardly call a mistake as they have my paperwork with my name. I contacted her again & she stated she will not return the deposit although she agreed. They have breached their contract in 2-3 different ways & have no principles as they stated they would take care of it & didn't. Walt & Anthony Mattie were also contacted who did nothing as well--no returned calls or emails. I would never recommend this place & am highly disappointed in those who I have contacted without any type of action or consequence for their bad business practice although they were investigated.

Just used the bus to go to Pueblo, the weather was bad, but the driver John was excellent, very professional and friendly, A Keeper! Thanks for the great ride.

Customer service is so rude! Never on time, and cancels my ride without me knowing. I do not recommend this.
